- The faculties here are very helpful and are ready to help at anytime. Also getting marks is not a big deal
- The infrastructure of the labs and Classroom are top notch . Also the college promotes enterpreneurship and also helps in getting lucrative placements.
Dislikes
- The syllabus of the subjects taught is very vast with almost 9 subjects per semester . This leads to the individual not focusing on his/her skills
- The college administration is very strict and most of time rejects the proposal you give arising partiality
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is very vast with atleast 65 subjects to study in the 4 years. A lot of subjects are taught here. The subjects that are taught are relevant to your branch except subjects like Constitution, EVS, SFH, etc. The timing of exams is approx after every 4 months.
Internships Opportunities
Intership opportunities here are very less. It all depends on Placement at the end of the course. However, if you apply for an internship off-campus and get selected. The college gives you attendance for the same.
Placement Experience
There is a dedicated Placement cell in our college which is called the CDC(Career Development Centre). The companies visiting the college our KPIT, NUTANIX, AMAZON, ADOBE, PHONEPE. The highest package is around 30 lakhs while the average package is around 6 lakhs and for CSE the average is 7.5 lakhs.
Fees and Financial Aid
the fee structure is that you are charged about 12lakhs for 4 years excluding the hostels. if you try to include a hostel it may cost around 16 lakhs. It has increased everywhere by about 25k. The scholarships here are provided by the state and central government. The college itself does not provide any scholarships.
Campus Life
The campus is very beautiful. With lush greenery and fountains. The campus looks very amazing and also the infrastructure is also very amazing. The fest held is known as ANAADYAANTA. it is the 3-day annual techno-cultural fest. The library is also well equipped with books and classrooms are equipped with projectors and high-speed wifi. The college promotes sports activities too. Clubs here are also actively functioning.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel here is average. There is the option of 2 sharing and 3 sharing. The meal quality is also average. The charges for a hostel are 80000 for a hostel and 45 thousand for the mess. the hostel is overall good and the wardens are strict.
Admission
You have to complete class 10th and 12th from any recognized board with 75 percentage criteria. The exams you can give is COMEDK (for outside state students) and KCET(for students of Karnataka). No reservation is there for Comedk Students while there are reservations for KCET students .
Faculty
Most of the faculties here are M.Tech and some of them hold P.H.D degrees. The faculties are knowledgeable. At last, you have to study on your own or on YouTube a few days before the exam. But the faculties are very helpful and are ready to help in any circumstances. They also give marks and paper checking during exams is also lenient. Overall the faculties try to become your parents away from home but their teaching style and methodologies should be upgraded.
