I love my University

The good thing is it has less cost and quality education.

Because this is the no 1 university not only in West Bengal but also India. This has Rank 6th in INDIA. Cost of the course is very low. That is a very good university. World ranking is under 800 also. This has more than 90% placement, That also a very good point for me.

The course curriculum is too good for IES and GATE, I think it is also good for GRE also. Our course mostly covered IES and GATE syllabus. Our syllabus is more comparable to another college in West Bengal. Although I am a student of ETCE dept I also read CSE and EE Subject.

Yeh! When the company come for placement the offered internship. There are two type of internship one paid and another non-paid. A paid internship like Amazon, Microsoft give 50000.00INR TO 100000.00INR.

There are so many companies come for placement. So too many opportunities are here. And at 2017 around 95% student got a job. 2018 around 90% got a job. And some student got 3 or 4 offer also. And some student is not interested in the job they appear in GATE exam or GER. In 2018 GATE ECE topper from our university. And also CSE 2nd and 9th.

There are so many events. Tech-fest calls Srijan. Sports day also there. Orientation program. Freshers and Farewell are there. Fest called sonskirity is there. Inter Tournament call turn also in there. And there are many many small seminar and event happen.

In Jadavpur Unversity fee is very less. Admission, tuition fee and labs fee is in total 2450.00 INR, Semester fee is only 10.00INR per subject and 4.00 INR for Green Card(MARKSHEET). The first year there is only 710.00 INR for an additional fee. But 2nd year no fee for admission.

There is two scholarship offered by the college, one is free studentship which gives all the tuition fee and admission fee. Another is Alumni scholarship which is given by the Alumni of the university.

All know that JADAVPUR UNIVERSITY is JADAVPUR UNIVERSITY. It very cultural university. For Sexual Orientation I only told you to know what is "hok chummon" was? For politics, I only told you do you know "hok kolorob"? There are too many clubs like photography club, dancing club, hiking club, art club, debates club, science club and lot more.

There is so many Hostel and the rate varies one to another. In that most popular hostel is JADAVPUR UNIVERSITY MAIN HOSTEL(JUMH). In any of the hostel no cost for a stay, there is only cost for food. Which is around 1600 to 1900 per month and it varies Bloch to block(IN JUMH).In another hostel, I'm not sure what is the mess bill.

They are very helpful. There is an alumni association which gave the poor student some scholarship, which very helps fully.

There is a two-semester examination. 1st semester held on December and 2nd semester held on May or June. After the result, if anyone failed or got supply there is a supply examination. And also resupply examination for who not pass in the supply exam.the pass mark is 40 and overall 45%.and 50 in labs.

After got rank in WBJEE, There was an online counselling method. Then I got the sit in the university. Then I gave 5000.00 INR to the WBJEE board for my sit booking. Then when counselling was close, I visit the university and gave 710.00INR for admission. That the prosses.

Faculty are most talented. But sometimes we do not get there a point, but they try there most. They are very helpful ., They are very busy in their researches. They also help if We want to do undergraduate researches and project. Also, the lab assistant is very good and helpful.
