Need Improvement

Overall the college is good. It is bad in some areas but I think it will improve its lagging areas.

I gave WBJEE and AIEEE as well Didn't get a satisfied score. I was admitted through direct admission. Nowadays they took admission through IEMJEE.

My course that is electronics and communication engineering is very important and as well as a necessary course for nowadays. Day by day the technology is changing for that reason we require new gadgets new techniques new design for electronic gadgets. Electronic gadgets like mobile, tv, video games, etc depend on my course so I think this course is very good for research.

1) Technical Fest 2) Cultural Fest 3) Food Fest 4) Job Mela Students from different college come to our college for the fest. Both the intra and inter-college competitions are programmed in our college. Most of the students of our college participate in these fests.

Our college avails a good scholarship for those who get above 9 pointers. Or ranks 1st from all the section. I don't know anything about the loan.

In ECE and CSE department we have boys and girls in 2:1 ratio. Mechanical and civil boys and girls 10:1 Electrical boys and girls are in the 4:1 ratio. Student and Teacher ratio is 5:1 Yes, we do have extracurricular labs and programs, sports are organized like Cricket match football match table tennis match.. many competitions are organized like robotics debate cooking food without gas.

We are the first batch. We don't possess any alumni or senior students from our college. But yes we do have seniors from IEM. They are very helpful and kind.

Actually yes our college provides very frequent exams which we can't handle sometimes. So sometimes we have to skip our internals as it is too hectic for us. And they force us to sit for the CAT and GATE exams. Which might be some us are not willing to give.

I went to iem, they gave us the prospectus a form was there behind the prospectus. The notification was given in a newspaper. The administration is nice. I am very pleased with the administration. Our Dr. Satyajit Chakraborty is a very nice professor as well as a director.
