I was always interest in computer related subjects my aim was to pursue btech from cs stream only and this was a good college where I was getting my desired branch there were other good colleges too but one of them was private with very high fees while other has large crowd
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is recently updated which is most updated and advanced syllabus which is taught in highly reputed colleges like old IIITS,etc.it has most advanced subjects like webtech python etc with good amount of in-depth knowledge which is required for today's growing competition
Internships Opportunities
Yes the college provides us good internship opportunities company do come to our college to hire the students for internship in 3rd year
Placement Experience
The placement and job opportunities are good here large number of companies do come to our college but most of the companies have their package of around 7-10 lakhs while only few companies offer packages above it this is due to current location as Hamirpur is far off from plan area with okish transport facility while when the campus shifts to UNA we would surely get good job opportunities
College Events
The current events are held together with NIT Hamirpur here we celebrate Hillfair and NIMBUS (Technical event) While timely workshop are conducted by experts and seniors also there is freshers for 1st and 2nd year students while students who stay here in diwali vacation celebrate diwali
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee has recently hiked and reached 1 lakh per semester it's kind of moderate according to college the fees is expensive in terms of government college but cheaper in terms of private college since the college is on PPP mode while the previous years have less fees

The loan facilities are available through SBI bank while the scholarship opportunities are less for general category students
Campus Life
The campus life is good the seniors are quite helpful and help if you are stuck somewhere in the project .they guide better how to achieve better position there are many seniors which are at good position and excelled in prestigious competition like gsocc icpc SnackDown etc.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facilities and mess food has improved alot after the fees hike the hostels have been quipped with leds and automatic washing machine which has helped students alot also the new mess serves good food as compared to NIT Hamirpur mess and hostels
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network is not so strong yet as only 1 batch has passed till now while seniors are quite helpful
Exam Structure
The exams are held twice in semester with mid semester of 50 marks and end semester of 100 marks while the timely tests also takes place the mid semester are divided by 2.5 to make it to 20. While the end semester are converted to 60 marks while 20 marks are for assignment
Admission
I secured air of 25k in JEE main and then went for admission process through JOSSA counseling and got this college in the counseling and then I submitted my documents on the reporting day and completed all the formalities and paper work required for the admission and then submitted the fee
Faculty
The college is currently in developing state new faculties are being appointed by our director to provide us the quality education .he lay good emphasis in academics as of current the teachers are new they have enough knowledge for current course curriculum but not have in-depth knowledge of the subjects
