I gave JEE MAINS test to qualify for admission in NIT jalandhar. I got 72 marks in SC category. I got seat through josaa.nic.in. And reported at the institution for verification of documents

The course structure is also good according to me. All technical and practical aspects are also taught which is very useful for students Actually the syllabus is designed keeping in demand the requirements of students syllabus knowledge and the concerned branch So every such decision are taken by senior professors After taking permission of Honourable Director of our Institution

Yes our college provide internships according to the companies. Internships are mainly provided to students in 5th and 6th semester after summer and winter sessions and I have no experience in internships but have heard that they are decent enough for students

Being National Institution. Placement and job opportunities are very high. In top branches like CSE ECE Almost every eligible guy is placed And in other branches also placement ratio is high with good packages. Last year the highest package was 35 lakh of CSE Girl

Our college holds certain big events like BHARAT DHAWN UTKANSH TECHNI etc. Techniti festival is held in April for 2-3 days in which technical races robo wars boat fighting are held and also cash prizes are awarded to winners. UTKANSH the greatest event of our college. About every competitve and fun activities are done in these 3 days and they are extremely big with lot of participants from other colleges Budget is also very huge for UTKANSH.

As It's NIT so fee structure is feasible. Also SC/ST students are exempted from paying tuition fees (Rs. 70000/-approx). But they have to pay mess and hostel fees (Rs. 22000-25000/-approx) per semester. Also, some provisions are there for OBC or others based on income certificate.Li ke if income is below one lakh then no tuition fees is given. If it's below 5 Lakh then 2/3rd tuition fees will be given... Like that.

Yes our college bank provide loan facilities Depending on the requirements of the students . Our Institution has Canara Bank and State Bank of India to provide financial assistance to the needy students

Campus life is just amazing and wonderful with new learning experiences. Every year Sports Day are conducted. Special tournaments on cricket basketball and volleyball are also conducted. Debate sessions are also held frequently by LADS(Literary and Debating Society) Also certain competition like essay writing and declamation contests are held which build up the confidence of students

Hostel facilities are average and mess food is sometimes good and sometimes below average. In first year room is shared by 4 students No need of pg as exact number of rooms are there according to the students in the institution Even if you want pg it depends on quality AC etc. ranging between Rs. 5000-15000

Alumni network is good and they use to visit college frequently. Also seniors are very helpful and guiding. Main thing is there is no ragging in our college

Exams structure is also good. 2 minors of 20 marks and then major exam of 50 marks is held. For every subject in semester. Labs are also good and practicals are held twice internal and external . Normally one lab is there per week for one subject but for some subjects there may be more than one labs per week but they are normally chilled out and they are not so loaded with work actually.

The faculty of our college is highly qualified. Almost every professor is PhD holder. So they have good knowledge of their subject. But some teachers are new so they lack teaching skills so students face problems with their teaching methods Anyway some senior professors are very helpful and with extreme knowledge they guide students at every step.
