Ramjas college - a detailed overview

I'm pursuing bcom hons, it is one of the best courses for a commerce student to study. It gives a comprehensive view of various disciplines like business, management, finance, etc. But the curriculum is mostly theoretical, practical things should be added to the curriculum for the development of students. We have exams twice every year in form of semester exams, in total we have 6 semesters and one can pursue a 4 year research degree if wants to.

Only 6th semester students are eligible to sit for placement but internships are offered for all the students. Big 4 also come for the Campus placements and some other companies too. A lot of students go for campus placements after their 3 year degree.

The fee of bcom hons in ramjas is pretty affordable, it is merely around 16 thousands for a whole year. There are a lot scholarships offered by the university and the college too which one can avail based on their academics and family income. Our placement cell also offers some internship opportunities which one can apply to for additional assistance.

There are a lot of interesting fests including departmental fests and society fests which are very engaging and interesting, you'll enjoy a lot at this time being with friends. Then comes the annual fest of ramjas- mosaic, one of the best festivities, college is lighten up with decorations and crowd which is worth experiencing. Ramjas is famous for its sports we have a lot of sports on campus and a lot of clubs related to different fields like fine arts, photography, theater, etc.

The admission process includes the entrance exam CUET after which one have to fill up the CSAS portal for starting admission process in delhi university then allocation is done by the authorities. Anyone who has studied maths or accounts in 11th and 12th can pursue bcom hons with the subject combos including any 2 subjects plus english and maths or accounts.

The teachers are highly qualified and capable. They have the most knowledge one can have about their subjects. For example, i was taught accounts by the teachers who have written books in their areas which are highly recommended by people of the same field. The ways of teaching might differ and sometimes the teachers don't give you all the knowledge you must go and ask them for anything you want to ask.
