My Experience at Vidyalankar Institute of Technology

College Management is very serious. They have managed all the things very well. You can say that it is of the best well managed college. You can see a management of every thing if you take admission here.

There is a Entrance Exam named CET for Engineering Admission. It consists of subjects like Physics, Chemistry,Maths for Engineering Purpose. I scored 116/200 in that Exam. Good the CET Score good the college you will be allotted in CAP Rounds.I opted for this college because it is well known college and according to my 2 years experience it is one of the best Engineering College

Information Technology is basically a practical type of course. You try to generate new things using technology. Mumbai University has given a good subjects throughout the course which covers variety of topics over technology.It all depends on how you understand that and implement it.

Yes Vidyalankar Institute of Technology provide internship. They are held in Summer known as Summer Internship. I don't know much about that because I didn't did anyone yet. But you will get to know about that on college official website www.vit.edu.in

Vidyalankar Institute of Technology have a very good placement record. I can surely say that if you follow there guidelines throughout the course you will surely get placed in a good company.Basically average annual salary is 3.5 lakhs offered through placement.Companies like Wipro,LnT,TCS, Microsoft comes for recruitment.

Vidyalankar Institute of Technology conducts events through the year. There are so many technical committee working in VIT.So they organise all the technical events. VIT itself organises event known as VERVE.It is basically a cultural event.Verve itself consists many events,games,quizs, technical debates,etc.

Fee Structure is quite same as other Engineering Colleges. Around 127000/- is the First Year Fees and Scholarship if you belong to some category.And fees also increases by 10% every year. You have to pay the fees by cheque named as VIDYALANKAR INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY.

Not sure about the loan but Scholarship is given by Government if you fall under some category. But you should have necessary documents to avail that Scholarship.

Gender Ratio is comparatively same. Campus life is very good. One can't feel bored in Campus. You can have variety of amazing things to do. Labs are very well arranged and infrastructure is awesome. One can get a mall like appearance.Sports are also arranged in a year.Grounds are well maintained.Debates are arranged on technical topic's.

I don't stay in hostel so don't know much about that. But Vidyalankar Institute of Technology doesn't have it's hostel in Wadala.So anyone trying to take admission from OHU then they have to arrange there own accommodation.You can stay in any nearby area as paying guest.

Seniors are very good and helpful.They always guide if you need any kind of help. They arrange many things for juniors which are very helpful for new comers.

Exams basically are quite stressful but one need not to worry about that because you know all the things if you attend the lectures well.2 IA's means Internal Assessment and one End Semester Exam is there in a single semester.Labs are arranged in a daily schedule but a time which anyone can't feel stressed.

After the CET Results there is admission process known as CAP Rounds. You have to opt a list of around 8-10 college in which you want admission. Then according to their cutoff list college is allotted to students according to their CET Score. If not in 1st CAP Round then there are also 2 more rounds. Even if some student fails to get allotted in any of the college then CAP ROUND 4 is also available in which you can change your college as well as there preferences.

Vidyalankar Institute of Technology has the best faculty according to me. They are well qualified and they are always helpful. They are keenly interested to teach you. You can ask your doubt 100 times and they will solve it without any hesitation. You will always find them motivating every student.
