The college is under construction. Wi-Fi, library, classrooms are available, but some labs are not present. Hostel facilities are also good. The principal and all HODs are very helpful. They always present in any problem that we faced.

I have passed WBJEE exam with a rank of 13805. I chose this college as it is a new college in new college always lots of challenge is there and I want to face it.

I am doing B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Which have lots of opportunity for higher studies as well as research in the field of a various important subject like Machine Design Strength of Material Thermodynamics & Heat transfer Production Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Automobile Engineering

This is a new college established in the year of 2016. Usually, vocational training and internship done after completion of the 3rd year. So I can't give any review on this particular topics

There are no placements in our college because the college was established two years ago, in 2016. Usually placement done after completion of 3rd year and We are the first batch of our college, so I can't give any placement review now. But the teachers of our college assured us there will be placed as normal government college.

College Foundation Day, Teachers' Day, Biswakarma Puja Independence Day Saraswati Puja All of those events are celebrated in a befitting manner. Students from all department are equally perticipated in the ceremony. There are annual sports meet also.

The fee structures is like all government engineering college in west bengal. The tuition fees of the college is ?3000/- for the department of Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering and ?6000/- for the department of Computer Science and engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering. Hostel fees is ?11500/-. All fees are payable in per semester.

Our college offered full free ship and half fee ship for 12 (6+6) students of every department. For half feeship students have to pay half of tuition fees and for full feeship students have not pay any tuition fees for one year

Male to female ratio in our campus is about 3:1. There is no student parties in our college it is fully free from politics. It is fully green campus. There are various species of flower,and plants. There are many extracurricular activities like ppt presentation, annual sports meet, workshops, seminar etc.

Hostel facilities are also good. The boys and girls hostels can accommodate 400 and 100 members respectively. Water and electricity facilities are available 24*7. We have 2 hostels one for boys and another for girls. The food is average as other hostels. Food quality and quantity is good.

We are the first batch of our college so there are no alumni of our college. But teachers are very helpful like Senior students.

Theory written exam is held thrice in a semester. 1st 2 examinations called internal exam which is conducted by our college. And the last one is called semester examination which conducted by our Universities Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology

From the official website of the college, I downloaded the admission form and admission guidance. The letter I draw 2 demand draft of ?1540 for tuition fees and ?14700 for hostel fees both are in favor of PURULIA GOVERNMENT ENGINEERING COLLEGE. I took admission in the college by visiting in the college.

The teachers are very helpful. They are well-qualified from the various renowned institutes. Their teaching quality was just awesome. Some teachers prefer blackboard, and some prefer projector. The student to faculty ratio is about 25:1. Teachers are always present for helping the students.
