Remarks

There are no such bad reviews about our college as they are doing very hard work to make us better. Gate exam training and any other govt exams training, aptitude training, GD and PI sessions, company seminar many more are the remarkable things that our university is doing.

Entrance Preview

At that particular time this university was only one of the kind that can provide me with a quality education and to full fill my dream of being a good engineer in every aspect. As there are numerous opportunities we are getting from the University so we are lucky and also pleased.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course curriculum is as good as any other good university you wanna go as our faculties and the other administration support us thoroughly. So we can learn the theory and as well as the practical application of that particular one. If there is some problem of explaining those things they make sure that we understand by any means necessary

Internships Opportunities

Yes, our college provides an internship. There are not many numbers of companies that are agreed to provide an internship at our university as it's only 3 years old. But our placement and training department are working very hard on it surely they will come up with many opportunities.

Placement Experience

4

Placements and Job opportunities are good. This year it's the first placement season of our university. So far it's so good There were various companies coming to recruit fresher's from our university. There were to IT giants, Nestle, Byjus, Reliance Retail, Sankalp semiconductor and many more. 50% of students are already placed (eligible). Surely the rest will be placed in the next 6 months

College Events

4

The first event after entering the college is "PARICHAY" IT'S the freshers of our university it's where we get to know each other very well and with lots of fun and enjoyment. After that teacher's day celebration and so on Techfest, Final fest, Convocation, Food festival. UMEK INTRA FOOTBALL LEAGUE.

Fee Structure And Facilities

First of all the fees structure is normal as compared to any other university in our country. I can't say it's not so expensive but one parent can easily bear the cost of the fees. As we are getting so many opportunities in our university so the fees structure is standard

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, educational loan and scholarship both are provided in our university, those who scored more than 90% in 12th standard and did good in their semester there's a good scholarship for them.

Campus Life

4.5

After all of the strict rules and regulations of the University, you won't feel bored in the campus as there is fast internet facility, game room, basketball court and of course our friends make our day. Gender ratio is boys:girls= 3:1. Labs and extracurricular activities are too good. Robotics, poster competitions, debate, drawing there are numerous opportunities where you can explore your talent and interest.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

There is no such hostel or mess for the boys of the University. But yes there is hostel for girls. That is well maintained and guarded as well. There the food is not so bad. And the environment of that is also good. The communication is not such a problem.

Alumni/Alumna

As we are the first batch of our university so there is no such alumni network . But we got help from the alumni network of IEM. It's really helpful

Exam Structure

Exam structure is also very impressive. There are total two midterms or internals in one semester so there are total 6 exams in one year. 4 internals and 2 seems. The question quality is very standard. If you are not reading the concepts clearly and do practice then it will be more difficult to get good marks in our university it's what I like the most.

Admission

First of all, there was a system to cutoff the students or you can say filter among the students by their marks in the 10th and 12th standard. So the cutoff was 70%. So I cleared that after that I filled up the initial form provided by the University and then there was a test like jee in our university. That's it

Faculty

4

There are numerous faculties who have more than 5 to 6 years of experience in teaching (minimum). And 70% of them are postgraduate from reputed institutes like IIT'S and NIT are so there is no such thing that we are a worrier about our teaching side. They are very helpful all along the course curriculum in each and every way.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

It's my decision from class 12 that I will do civil engineering, so I chose the civil branch, the course curriculum is well and the teaching level is good but the main problem is lab, there is very limited classes for lab, so I think they should improve there.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
