History of Acharya

Kindly i am requesting you people to have some soft corner towards education. As it is not a game to be played, It is the knowledge to be earned. Give some respect to the students who are struggling hard in paying their fees, never spoil any students life only for sake of the money

Just by looking into the infrastructure and the 120 acre huge campus with well furnished library having least amount of useful books. After 3 years of useless life i am regretting my brainless decision. I suggest every single person to not even keep this college even as their option for their career growth.

Truly worst, no proper laboratory facility. As i am a biotechnology student we focus only on labs. Just imagine how would you carryout research in a completely contaminated environment with knowledge less faculties. This college does not have sort of useful equipment to carry out experiments.

No they wont, even if they provide it we wont be getting any stipend instead we students are supposed to pay the money and join the internship. One of the most corrupted colleges in bangalore.

If a student has a good academic percentages above 60 in all his SSLC, PUC and bachelors in aggregate then he has no problem in getting shortlisted. Just think about the students who has scored 55-60 % in aggregate , they cant even attend any oncampus placements or interviews. Just because having 60% or more in his/her academics does'nt mean that they are extraordinary/brilliant .

The one and only best thing done in this college is having events entirely in the month of march. Complete of march is celebrated as acharya habba. This is the only good phase in acharya. Events such as marathon, acharya premier league, ethnic day , concert and much more events which cannot be listed will be conducted during acharya habba.you can just search acharya habba in youtube and you will get to know about it.

As mentioned above its truly expensive for a student from a middle background. Their only priority is money than a students life. If a student has a difficulty in paying the college fee due to some seriours personal issues, he would'nt be allowed to write the exam unless he pays the fees.

This is a very good college in which a student is eligible for scholarship wont be having any sort of idea about his scholarship because the management does'nt want to lose their money unless the student gets aware about his scholarship and gets a letter from 15-20 people ka signature. Only then his/her scholarship will be processed.

You can find students from more than 60 countries. It is completely a anti-ragging campus. Sports department is worst as they train the ones who have already been trained. Politics is played in a smarter way in this college. Useless competation will be held in which no one gains even a single percent knowledge.

As i am not a resident in hostel i dont know about it much. But my friends who used to stay in hostel suggests me not to join the hostel due to unhealthy and non-hygenic food and environment. The food too wont be tasty itseems. Please i am requesting the one who is reading this not to join this institute nor hostel.

Unless going to 2nd year / 3rd sem we wont be meeting/knowing our department seniour's . The first thing we hear from our seniour's as soon as we enter the department is " why the hell did you join this department". This was truly helpful. Most of them are now placed somehow in some company using their own talent.

As this college is affiliated to VTU (vishveshwariah technological university) there are no words to express as you would have already known about this beautiful university which is extremely worst. A backlog student get his backlog revaluation result on the date of his next semester arrear exam. Just by looking at this you will probably get to know about this university.

Just got a management seat by paying lacks of donation which is worthless. This particular college has water in their fountains instead they did'nt provide a single glass of water while waiting for the admissions. Truly money minded college, playing with lakhs of donations for different branches.

As we are doing a bachelors in biotechnology just imagine how would you fell when a Bsc/Msc graduate comes and takes the lecture. The true fact is we students are highly knowledgeable than the them. The thing is we often prepare our own notes and learn the concepts. The amount of knowledge we are learning from the faculties is nil instead they are learning from us. I suggest to close this department especially in this college.
