I have attended CMAT and after that i got to know that I have the opportunity to excel in the field of tourism in my home city as national level institute is available in gwalior, IITTM has only 4 major colleges in India and it is governed my Ministry of Tourism.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course Curriculum is specially designed to understand tourism from root, you got to know its feature and complexity in detailed manner, though faculty makes it easy. Proper guidance is all you need to unearth detail about any place.

Internships Opportunities

Our College provides internship and on the job training in various travel companies. Where students can learn practically functioning of travel business. Generally stipend varies in internship from 5000 to 8000 and on on the job training you will be paid 20000 +.

Placement Experience

Once you go for On the Job training in 3rd semester, where generally all known companies from travel trade visits campus and offers attractive remuneration for candidate based on his skill set. These Companies Hire candidates on attractive compensation. Ranging from 20000 to 30000 as a starting compensation for freshers.

Fees and Financial Aid

College offers various scholarships for students who are from SC/ST/OBC categories in form of full fee waiver, Also those candidates who will hold first 3 positions will be rewarded with certain amount of cash reward in respect of fee paid. As topper will get full refund of fee he/she paid in that semester.

Alumni network is increasing day by day as more people are opting to tourism industry and and many of us are working in various well known organisations.

Exam structure was related to current trend in tourism and hospitality industry. It was some how related with your Current as well as general knowledge.

The experience with Sage University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The fees structure and placement made me tool admission in this univeresity as in bhopal their are very few good options and Sage is one of them. The curriculum prepares you quit well for real word applications and provides a way for further acadmic pursuits only if you are attentive in the class. I don' think that there is a need for any improvement in teaching area as the teachers are very well qualifield but the only improvement they need is in management. If we talk about frequency of classes then they are quit frequent and timings are also very reasonable.

It was nice to recall whatever experience we had in starting our journey

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester only students are eligible to sit in the campus placement. It was an engineering college therefore multiple companies visited to hire for both engineering and mba students. I got three offer from visited companies . I got two Internship offer and one job offer. 1st offer for Hiteshi Infotech as Business Development Intern , 2nd offer for Study Metro as Marketing Intern. And 3rd my final job offer at Collabera. Generally the highest package goes till 12 LPA. During the tenure more than 300 company visited the college . And every students got the offer. Even the placement also take care about every students. They also make sure that each student much have an offer in their hands. When I completed my studies , I gave many goveronment exam, I did preparation as well but didn't cleared any . Therefore I joined the company where I did the intership.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements in the third semester of their college companies start coming for placement since then and the placement is continued till the end of the last semester top recruiters who visit the college for placement are Asian Paints Nestle ICICI Securities ICICI Prudential Amul Trident etc highest package offered to students is 12 lakh per annum and the average package ranges between 4 lakh to 5 lakh per annum almost 80% of students get good placement opportunities by the campus mostly the companies come for marketing or sales role very few companies come for finance and HR role.

The placement procedure in PIMR is effective and good. The institute placement cell lays great emphasis on the overall placement process and inviting companies in the college. The students are eligible to sit at placements from 3rd semester. There is rarely any company that visited the institute and haven't made any offer to the students. The highest package offered this year is of 20LPA, with average package being almost 5LPA. Almost 80% of the tsudents were able to secure offer letters at the end of their degree.

I only applied to this college because of my health reasons. The admission process is simple. The minimum 12th percentage for general is 55 and reserved castes is 45. Simple and sober

I chose iittm because I always had passion for travelling rather than passion and I carried a strong interest in getting to the depth knowledge about the tourism and the tourism industry aswell which led me to IITTM. I applied at BHU because at first I didn't see the chances of getting into iittm once it got cleared I left bhu and joined iittm to pursue the thing I love. For applying here at iittm no age limit one must be above 19 and give cuet and college test which is iiat after this it have 2 more rounds gd and pi round. Me and My College

The college is good but the conditions of hostels are very bad. And one thing, the teachers sometime goes so deep that they slows the speed and atlast syallabus remains incomplete and they extra classes to complete it.
