There are many clubs where students can inhance their extra curricular skills.
Admin staff is very cooperative and help students in need.
There are alot of events for every special occasions where students can showcase their talent in front of the world.

I choose BCA because i was really passionate about computer and SRMU provides good facility for the course. BCA don't have separate exam like btech but SRMU gives good environment. I will prefer everyone to do BCA from SRMU if you are looking for private university.

Course Fees: INR 82000 per year

Internships Opportunities

My university hadn't provided any sort of internship opportunity. Although faculty members supported to find one and offered training programs. But if we talk about internship, students have to find that on their own.

Placement Experience

Placement record of my college is not that great. Alot of companies do visit like Accenture, wipro etc but if we compare to government college it's not up to the mark, but if the student had worked hard and have knowledge than faculty support them to find good work.

Fees and Financial Aid

My fees is 82000 which can be submitted in 2 installments. First installment is done in the month of june and second installment is in November. SRMU also offers scholarship in first year on basis of either 12th marks or their own scholarship test. Students can apply for government scholarship if they are eligible.

Campus Life

My overall experience in college is good. I have found my friends with whom i find peace. We had enjoyed in various events conducted by the college. If we talk about infrastructure, university does have big building and great infrastructure.

Hostel Facilities

There are separated hostels for boys and girls.Hosted charges 75000 per year. Each student get a room and in one room 3 students are allotted. Food is served 3times a day. Students can also go for rental pgs around college.

Admission

I had also filled form for another semi government college and i had passed it's entrance exam but i choose SRMU over that because it offers me better facilities. It offers various club for students to showcase their talents. Faculty members are cooperative.

Alot of faculty members are supportive and always help students when they need it. Exam are divided into internal tests and the end semester. 3Internal test arr conducted in each semester and at the end of each semester there are practicals and end semester exam. There are 2semester each year.

Interview Experience

No, there is no admission test for entrance in college. It was just a form and some token amount to lock my seat. Although i had given a scholarship test conducted by srmu in which i got a scholarship of 17500.

The college provides good placements.Students can become eligible for placements from 3rd year . More than 20 companies visit for campus placements which give multiple offers. Highest package offered -12lpa and average package is around 5lpa.I am planning to pursue MCA after my BCA degree

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the BCA program because of my interest in software development and web technologies. The curriculum’s focus on core subjects like Java, C++, and Database Management Systems (DBMS) was a major deciding factor, as these are the building blocks for a career in IT. ?The syllabus could be updated more frequently to include emerging technologies like Cloud Computing or AI/ML as core subjects rather than electives. Moving away from traditional rote learning toward more project-based learning would be beneficial. More frequent industry guest lectures would also bridge the gap between academia and corporate life The exam will be I would rate the difficulty as moderate. If you stay consistent with your lab work and internal assignments, the end-semester exams are quite manageable. The technical papers (like Mathematics or Architecture) tend to be the most challenging.

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.

Talk about why I choose BCA I want to become a software engineer and many people in my family have placed on good posts after being inspired by them, I chose this course. All Faculties are good and everyone has a lot of experience in their work also support students. Faculty qualification is best and their way of teaching and explaining is also good. Mid-term exams are very good and they are also very tough.

Placement Experience:

From the 5th sem we eligible for the campus placement, There are various highly-reputed companies that come for the placement such as Microsoft, Paytm, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, hcl, etc. Their average package is 2.2 lakh per annum And the highest package is 10 lakh per annum, The average of students for the placement is 80-90%. My plan is to get a good placement from there and to do a job for one or two years after that I will prefer higher education.

Best University for Computer Application in Lucknow

I was applied other colleges also but due to high fee structure I am not able to join others college, and when I come SRMU then they are very affordable for me and my family to continue my studies. I chose this college over others because of its balanced focus on ACADEMICS, PLACEMENT, INFRASTRUCTURE AND FACULTY SUPPORT, which felt more student-centric compared to the other colleges i applied to. I applied to a few similar private universities and received confirmed admission offers, but I chose this college due to its better course strucutre, approachable faculty and strong placement support. Some colleges i applied to had higher cutoffs or limited seats which affected my chances there.
