Complete information about SEA college of engineering and technology

My course is computer science engineering and it is the best branch in engineering where students get more placements and high packages . To clear the board exams conducted by vtu teaching in the college is sufficient but learning more courses like Java, c++, c#, python will help us to get better placement.the board exams will be conducted in CSE which would be somewhat difficult and without preparation we cannot clear our exams

Coming to the internship opportunities, to be frank internship opportunities are somewhat better in our campus, many companies come to our college and offer internship but only few and very very less students show interest towards internship due to lack of knowledge towards internship and less stipends .

Campus placements are done in our college From sixth semester placements opportunities get open for students Some of the companies visited to our college are Amazon prime ,TVS, stratup companies, Infosys Nearly 100 students get campus placement every year Highest package ever offered is 7 LPA Average package is 4 LPA over 35% of students get placement in our college After getting degree i am planning of studying MS in abroad..

I got my seat through KCET in 2022 and my fee was 99000 in first year but from second year I am paying 110000 per year,in that 110000 the amount of 10000 is miscellaneous fee and there is no extra fees other than that. All records and assignment books will be given to us from college itself no extra fee for that . Uniform fee of 6000 should be paid in first year and after paying this we will get 2 blazers and 1 lab coat which are of very good quality. Other than this hostel fee and transportation fee are different which will be paid separately. One of my friend got seat for CSE in KCET with SNQ quota(super numerary quota)and her fee in first year is nearly 32000 and from second year this has been increased to 42000 per year .

My overall experience in our college is memorable.Many annual and technical fests take place in our college,We celebrate atleast one fest or event in a month. We have student run social groups.Annual fest is celebrated in mind-blowingway.all the students of other colleges are also invited and the fest is celebrated for 3 days continuously with DJ at night and culturals at evening and standup comedy at afternoon and some events , competitions , prize distribution will be held in the morning Ethnic day , kannada rajyotsava, independence day, republic day , green day , environmental day , engineer's day , teachers day , Gandhi jayanti, technical events are also celebrated in our college. We have a vast library in our college where we can find some thousands of books with abundance of knowledge. we will be given a card and through that card number we can get complete access to the library, we can borrow books and also we can use digital library where we can find nearly 100 computers

Hostel facility is good . We have 1 sharing,2 sharing,3 sharing and 4 sharing also based on the sharing we will have to pay the hostel fee. Hostel fee for 3 sharing is 75000 whereas for 4 sharing 70000 and for 2 sharing 80000. Cots and wifi facility are provided, food facilities are also really good, meals are also very tasty and healthy,hot water facility and washing machine facilities are also available, hostel is open from morning 6:30 to 7pm in the evening and after that timings no one are allowed inside the hostel. I would like to rate 9.2 for meals in the hostel. Daily attendance will be taken in the hostel. Registration process for hostel is always open, whenever a student is in need of hostel facilities he / she can do registration in the college office. Moreover we can also find other PG's and rooms in the surrounding of the college and they are also in the good condition

In the first round I got my seat for CSE in amrutha institute of engineering and technology in bidadi through KCET but as the college is not good for placement and education i applied for the second round in kcet and in the second round I got my seat for CSE in SEA college of engineering and technology and as compared to amrutha institute sea college was far better so I choosed sea college of engineering and technology. And I applied for other top colleges as well which was far more better than my present college but due my ranking I didn't get seat in those colleges Coming to admission procedure.... In my present college we can get seat or admission through KCET and also through management and during the admission procedure the faculties supported a lot

The faculty and student relationship depends upon how students interact with the faculties . We can find nearly 30-40 faculties in each department. The faculty named kavyashree mam in CSE department, Lakshmi mam who handles mathematics and Bala sir who handles mathematics are very interactive and have very good knowledge towards the subject. We have 2 internal tests and 2 lab tests per subject in a sem and the question paper is not so tough and also it is not so easy ,it will be framed in medium range and we will be having one external exam per sem and to be frank many students clear their exams in first attempt whereas 0.3:10 students get year back and 3:10 students gets backlogs
