JIMS Leading the way!

The only Achilles heel of the institute is it doesn't have its own sports ground.

The college has a tie-up with many big companies like Amazon, CBRE, Deloitte, etc. Last year the highest package was 16 lakhs p.a. The college is very particular about mentorship and internships of the students. They are concerned about students being placed in good companies.

Many events are organized in the institute over a calendar year like Markathon, Conquest, Finathalon, E-week, etc. Not only this, but the college also has an incubation cell to help the budding entrepreneurs. The college organizes a seminar at a chamber of commerce, Siri fort wherein many foreign delegates are invited to present research papers.

Fees for the batch 2018-20 was 6,75,000 for 2 years for PGDM & PGDM (IB). The fees for the first year is 3,37,500. The fees are to be paid in 4 instalments wherein instalments become due every 6 months and the first instalment is payable at the time of admission.

I got a 10% scholarship for my academic record and performance during GD-PI. I got education loan through SBI bank. For this college provides a loan kit and also the admin department is very helpful in making the necessary documents available to the students for the loan.

The campus is ragging free. Also, there is a sexual harassment cell being set up to curb such activities. Overall the atmosphere is good for education. The college infrastructure is highly good with an aesthetically designed library, smart classes, a neat and clean cafeteria, common rooms for boys and girls, indoor gym. The college organizes sports events through Jasola Complex. All in all, the facilities are excellent in college.

Senior students are very humble. You can approach them for any queries. An alumni meet is organized every year to keep in touch with the alumni. The alumnus network is big.

I searched for a few good colleges in Delhi-NCR. JIMS was one of them and I went to the college for a counselling session and I went for GD-PI Round and got selected for admission and I got 10% scholarship. Seeking admission is easy in college. Though the college is very strict in terms of its admission procedure. Students are to submit all necessary documents within the specified time.

Faculty is one of the main pillars of the institute. The diversified faculty is learned enough in their respective fields and has published many research papers in their respective areas. Faculty is what attracted me to take admission here. Faculty is learned. They are highly qualified and have a bag load of experience.
