Amazing College

The college management is good. As this is a management college the management goes hand in hand with studies. The overall experience about this college is good and it is getting better day by day.

The course curriculum is relevant. Students are taken on various industrial visits after every semester. Various things other than the book study are told by the faculties. Various presentations and group discussions also take place. Faculties also assign various tasks and assignments to the students. The exam structure is semester wise i.e. three odd seems and three even seems. The college also conducts two internal exams between the semester i.e. mid-sem and end-sem.

Placements of our college are pretty good. Many good companies visit the college. The college also provides various internships after the end of every semester. The students are also asked to do SIP i.e NGO internship programme after the end of 2nd semester.

Aura-Aura is the annual fest of our college. All the events such as sports, cultural, arts and designing are performed in this event. Youth Parliament- Youth parliament sessions are regularly been conducted in our college. It is a debate on political, social, economic topics in a parliamenatary way.

The fees structure of our college is divided in 3 years. The fee structure of b.com course is 75,000 for the First year, which I feel is the value of money in terms of what you get in return from IFIM, and compared to the facilitates provided by the college the fee is very less.

No, I have not opted for any scholarship. but there are various criteria under which our college provides you the scholarships.

There are various sports, debate, it competitions organized by IFIM in previous years. We have two IT labs and Finance labs in which students can do their research when they want. We also have a library which contains almost all the books which a student requires at the time of graduation.

Alumni network of college is very good. The college conducts annual alumni meet in which even the students get the chance to meet their alumni. Alumni also contributes to many of the events hosted by our college. The seniors are also very helpful they tell you their experience and also help in assignments.

The college selects the students on the basis of Personal Interview and essay writing. My interview was taken by the HOD of the department of commerce. I was asked various questions based on basic Accounting, economics, statistics, and Current awareness. During the interview, I also came to know about various other facilities provided by the college which I was not known to earlier. The interview and essay writing are done on the same day and in a time span of one day, we come to know whether we are selected or not.
