I have choosed this course because my bachelors was in botany so i wanto choose a course of lifescience area . And i like biology more than any subject. We have practical sessions everyday from morning to noon . It give more practical knowledge and it would ne helpful for phd and further research. We are doing practical in groups if it is doing individually it will be more beneficial to the student to understand the process and concept

I dont know much about the internship opportunities here . My department is not giving any internship opportunities. I dont know about other departments . Several projects are undergoing . But i dont have any idea about internship opportunities. I wish if they could give opportunities

Campus placement will strats from fourth semester. Jamia collaborates with multi national companies and provides students best placement. My plans after getting degree do some projects in labs under professors, or joining any biotech companies for internship . After that i will join for phd

Year wise course fee for my course is 8025 rupees .total course fee 15600.Tuition fee for one year is 1100.Examination fee is 1000,Lab caution money is 100,Admission fee is 100,Library caution fee is 100. Every category has the same fees structure. Jamia providing several scholarships for needed ones . Ajmi scholarship is one of them

In first year we had a festival named by biofest , it was very good and gave the oppressed to familiarise with other states like jammu and kashmir and their food and culture, There are somany programmes for poster presentation,paper presentations . And department conducts somany workshops and offline conferences to meet the professionals from international and gaining knowledge about science

I have got admitted to the nearest hostel where my department is . My hostel is very nice . The ambiance is great. We have lawns , herbal gardens and a good canteen area Hostel room is very good . Facilities like a chair small study table and a bed will provide a spacious cupboard also . We will get 3 times food per day . Non vegetarian food will get 4 time in a week . Meal quality is good Hostel admission criteria is big . We ahve to submit a lot of documentation for this purpose. And need two local guardians here for the approval of hostel accommodation

Jamia was one of my dream when i preparing for several msc entrance exams . Jamia is very renowned and familiar university all over the india . And jamia got third position continuously under the Nirf ranking. I applied several colleges in my native place also and i got selected. But when i get admission in jamia i disnt choose any over jamia Jamia allowing students through entrance examination. Every year they are conducting entrance exams for each course. Syllubus will be given earlier . Entrance exam level is medium . If u are ready to study for about one month continuously you acn crack the exam

Facilities are bery good here . Very friendly and helpful. We have good facilities professional and experienced ones . Per semester we will have two internal exams . The exam conducting dates and time is very strict. Very sheduled and strict system for that . Exam is not taht much tough . We can go through the previous year qoustion paper and easily pass exam. Someof the faculties are very good in academic and research backgrounds but some of them are not professional in teaching as we can see in every institution
