Course Curriculum Overview
The aspect of curricular that influenced my decision includes learning programming languages in the lab The curriculum is updated with the latest trends and industry standard skills are encouraged to prepare us for job. The areas I would say for improvements may include regarding the workshops from industries which are not very frequent In a semester there is two sessional exams once in every 2 months and finally the end semester. There is quiz also held twice The exams are intermediately hard
Placement Experience
From 7th semester students are eligible for placement. Some companies that visited our campus are TCS, Apollo Health, Tech Mahindra ,Byjus etc. The number of offers is not released by the University Highest package is 24 Lpa and average package is 4 Lpa. Percentage of students getting placed is around 20 to 80 % range. My plan is to get placed in campus after graduation.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee per semester is rupees 20,000 for 8 semesters. Admission fee 30,000 rupees Administrative fee is 40,000 And security deposit of 10,000 Total course fee. 2,40,000 Students of percentage of 80 or equivalent cgpa get a discount of 25% in their semester fees. Students can avail upto100% scholarship if they have excellent performance in the scholarship examination conducted by the University.
Campus Life
Attitude fest - The biggest and most awaited fest held once every years for three consecutive days. Club activities - there are many clubs like robotics and gaming club, sports club , yoga club , singing , dance ,cricket etc each clubs organise activities at different times Books and journals can be accessed from the library and their range is wide. University is equipped with Gym, cricket field , foot ball turf, basketball, volleyball, swimming pool , badminton, table tennis, for sports Students welfare is run by the students which is funded by the University
Admission
I have chosen this college because of the placement assistance. I did not apply for any other colleges for admission. The admission process is smooth Students need to give their 12th result and other valid documents like birthday certificate, marksheet , admit of 12th etc.
Faculty
1 teacher taking a class of 65 students in our class. The relationship between the faculties and students is relatively good and they are approachable. Mrinal Goswami - His way of teaching is really great, we like him because he also gives us the knowledge about the recent industrial standard skills and encourages us to keep ourselves updated with the new technologies. Mridul - He is very knowledgeable but does not really know how to convey that to the students. For every semester there are two sessional exams and then final exam . Sessional exams are intermediate level and Final semester exams are hard. Relatively 25% to 35% of the students get backlogs every semester. The curricular is revelant .
