Course Curriculum Overview
The rating depends on how you have developed yourself as a person how are your communication skills and what you aspire to do. Doing just any course from sol wouldn't be sufficient to provide you a high paying job in the market. Therefore it is necessary for you to only aplly for this college when you are prepping for any other exams
Fees and Financial Aid
The detail fees structure for B.COM programme in DU sol is 8850/ as per as the current admission process this includes all the other variables as well and there is no concept of lab, development and other fess as they are of no use in sol. There are no scholarship and sol arw opted mostly by the students who are preparing for any competitive exams. I paid 7500/ for the B.com programme in 2023. The fees depends on the other courses you selected such as MBA has aproox 1100 /- yearly. Similarly it varies for the other courses as well. The university provieds you with number of courses which you can apply to
Campus Life
Campus life of any sol college is very poor. There is nothing such as social life, technical festivals, library or any other social groups as the sole purpose of students attending this college is to prepare for any other exams. And hence there is no concept of campus lige
Admission
I choose this college because i was preparing for CA exams and there would be no stress for classes and any other assignments and i can prepare with ease. The admission process is quiet simple you just have to apply in du.sol portal and fill in all the necessary details. Any person who has complete his 12th standard papers can apply for this college and there are no other things required
Faculty
The classes are usually on the weekend which depends on whether you want to attend it or not. The faculty to student ratio is usually low. There are total of six semester for a 3year UG programme. There are internal assignment which is off 100 marks and students are requires to score a total of 40 marks including internal and written paper for passing the semester. The internal assignment are held online whereas written exams are offline at the centre. The exams are quiet easy and you can clear them with minimal studying.
