JEE. I did well in the exam. As the college is near to my home so I choose this college. Admission is done through Wbut.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course was very much interesting. I enjoyed a lot.

College Events

There are so many festivals. But among them the Social is the best. Every dec or nov it is celebrated and organized by the 3 rd year student. Various singer djs come and In our year the band Reath from pakistan came.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Hostel is like heaven. Every student enjoy a lot in the raging free hostel. Seniors helps us a lot.

Fees and Financial Aid

Sc st student got scholarship. They got 23 thousand per year approx.

Alumni/Alumna

They were very helpful. When we were in first yr they helped a lot to understand the enviroment.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

It's my decision from class 12 that I will do civil engineering, so I chose the civil branch, the course curriculum is well and the teaching level is good but the main problem is lab, there is very limited classes for lab, so I think they should improve there.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
