Likes
- The campus is beatiful and huge. They have 2 huge blocks for engineering and medical and even the places to hangout like canteen and cafeteria are really big
- They have a lot of amenities and resources to help with the learning too
- The teaching is also good. Obviously not all professors are nice but there are good teachers to help with the learning
Dislikes
- Sometimes they get too strict with the dress code. Of course a college has to maintain its decorum but sometimes it gets too out of hand
- They also make every small issue a very big deal and its weird
- Some teachers are very partial and scary but i think that is there in every college
Course Curriculum Overview
They have a lot of extra curriculum like a lot of bery interesting clubs that they pay a lot of attention to. Theres film making, photography , music band and so many more which i think helps the students to discover their inner passion
Internships Opportunities
I am really not sure about this aspect but i think i remember there was infosys. I am truly sorry because its a new college most of us are not aware of this aspect of the college and but i eill surelu try to gather info
Placement Experience
I am not sure since i think we r the 2nd batch of the college but i think the placements are modderately good so far. And plus they have a name to live up to so i think they'll improve it more eventually but other than that I'm not really educated about their placements
Fees and Financial Aid
So through CET the fees is 1LPA for every college but through management there will be an entrance exam which after clearing the student will get a discount. For me the fee was 4 LPA but i cleared the entrance so i got 1Lakh off. Now i pay 3LPA. the college is also quite far from where i live (where most people live) as its away from the city with no metro facility so we all have to eiyher opt for bus or hostel. The bus fee for my 1st year was 66 thousand but this year they have increased it to 72 thousand. This year the prices are higher for the upcoming 2024 batch
Campus Life
This year we had taranga which was amazing. We allso have a lot of events and clubs and regular flash mobs etc. We have alot of study groips social groups amd student life is pretty rewarding here. And all amenities are provided
Admission
I applied for PES and tried in BMS and DSCE but unfortunately my ranking in cet wasnt high and couldnt get in. However dsu is a university and had its own exam that wasnt very hard to clear so i got in
Faculty
Most faculties are good. Im not sure about the faculty student ratio but most of them are friendly and approachable. my english teacher rochna roy maam shes very friendly and even my physics teacher nitumoni maam. Ive never seen a sweeter teacher than her. There are 2 internal exams which are modderately difficult and 1 end sem exam
