Likes

Ground is quite large and is spacious to play and infrastructure of the college is commendable
Professors are good about studies and do give us lit of options to enjoy our study time
Greenery of the college is beautiful in every season we get to see different flowers and it is peaceful

Dislikes

Food no matter in canteen or mess Just doesn't taste right
Security is too strict about id cards won't allow u inside unless u show an id
Boys hostels are worst poor maintaince and quality

Course Curriculum Overview

Chemical engineering is very useful in many aspects from production of products to usuage of it and and the amount of reactants to be added for any production I think a knowledgeable chemical engineer is important for the right product

Class Size: 115Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees for sc and st is around 1 lakh for the whole year and tution fee is zero but for the rest of the students tution fee is around 82000 and hostel fee is 32000and institute fee is 20000 hostel and mess are compulsory but the tution fee is zero for the reserved students

We have many clubs and for dance cub mc² and level x are one of each and singing clubs and classical clubs too English literacy and Hindi ... robotics there r many more if u r person wanting to explore in the talent section

Admission

I wanted iit but lost it because of subject cut off but I don't regret my college days here according to academics but I kinda feel bored about campus Life I don't find any thing interesting at all in the campus

Faculty

Most of the faculty staff is from either iit or nit and they either would have pursued their degree or masters from there. And about exams we have mids and end comprising of 80 marks and the rest is internals

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

The placement of my college are good in electrical and mining branch the placement are very good while in other branch the placement is decent in this college many companies are visited like vedanta etc. many good companies are come here the 60 percent students are placed every year but in mining and ee the placement rate is almost 100 percent my plans after getting degree is to go in very good company with very good placement

Placement Experience:

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.

Mnit jaipur is very good among other nit's, except some minor problems.

I had also applied to nit bhopal where i could get electrical but that was so old infrastructure and its location is also outskirts and choose mnit due to its location and social life and city . Mnit Jaipur top NIT ?

I applied to a few NITs and state colleges but chose MNIT Jaipur because it has better infrastructure, faculty, and placements compared to others. I got admission offers from MNIT Jaipur and one or two other NITs, but MNIT felt more promising for electrical engineering. I faced rejection from some colleges due to lower JEE Main rank. MNIT’s admission is mainly through JEE Main, which is the most preferred exam for most students here. The cutoff for electrical engineering is quite high, around 15000-25000 rank, depending on category. The admission process was straight forward register on JoSAA, choose preferences, and seat allotment happens based on rank. Overall, it was smooth and transparent. I feel lucky to be here because the experience and opportunities are better than what I expected from others....Read More
