Likes
- The infrastructure of college is great and learning facilities are also better like tutorial classes and library with more than 1 lakh books. various clubs and societies are available for all
- Sports facilities are good which consists of tennis football cricket badminton (5 courts) Table tennis, kabbadi, volleyball, basketball etc. Courses are updated to New education policy.
- Services are good like faculties, teaching methods. Teachers clear all doubts and provide material to solve and are very supportive. Placement stats are also good and decent even for lower branches like civil.Campus life is good and seniors are great
Dislikes
- Campus is not fully developed and mess food is average and below average.Room is to be cleaned by one self no one is appointed to clean it
- Some teachers are no at all good they lack subject knowledge. Wifi facilities are not available lan is available but only for laptop users Campus lags here. Leopard are found sometimes in campus.
- Electric scooter are not available and we need to use cycle or go by walk to the classes which are far away. Some hostels lack basic amenities like badminton courts Entertainment room and some are very old but college authority is not working on it
Course Curriculum Overview
Mechanical Engineering is real engineering. We can see what's happening and has vast opportunities in manufacturing, robotics and automation field. Curriculum is updated and based more on developing skills and experience in the field throughout 4 years.Varios labs are conducted to help imagine the subject. More robotics should be taught along with AI in the field Exama are in every 3 months and difficulty level is decent
Internships Opportunities
Company like metacube offer internship role as a software developer giving stipend rupees 12000 per month for around 6 months some projects like testing role and development role and also other jaipur based companies offer the same role
Placement Experience
From seventh semester students become eligible for campus placements . Many companies vist campus which include some fintech , banking core , PSU Etc. Some are apple,Samsung BPCL,HPCL,Gold man Sachs , TCS, Infosys ,Wipro ,Amazon, Zomato,Flipkart ola uber , etc. Highest was 64 lpa and average is 11 lpa. And nearly 85% students get placed. I don't has any plans after degree as such
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise fees for general candidate is 220000 rupees which consists of mess hostel and tution fees.Tutin fees for general candidate is 62500 and hostel + mess is 35000 and institute fess is approximately 22000 rupees. For SC/ST and physically handicapped batchmates tution fees is 0 rupees and for economically weaker section fess is approximately 20000 rupees .While the other fees are same for all Various scholarships are available for SC /ST and economically weaker sections over a variety of annual incomes. Merit cum based scholarships are available like BPCL and Bharti Airtel scholarship. Government funded scholarship is also available.
Campus Life
The fests here held are Sphinx which is technical fest ,Blitzshag which is cultural fest and they are held in November and February respectively. Library consists of E book , daily journals and of every genres.Classroom sare good. Each sport is available and extracurricular activities are provided by clubs
Hostel Facilities
Room has 1 tube light 1 fan and 1 almirah and installed with cameras in corridor Menu is good but food quality is average. Hostel registration is done on physical reporting day and it is quite affordable
Admission
I applies for NIT kurukshetra and other nits of Indian other than this college I also got a confirmation and admission letter form NIT kurukshetra in jossa rounds but in csab I filled this college on the top of my preference even above MNNIT Allahabad. Didn't get IIT so the best choice for me was a college with decent branch and near to my home town.This college also has better placements and infrastructure and better alumni based with better sports facilities. Admission process is through jossa and csab one need to get rank in JEE Main cutoff in near 40000 rank in JEE main for general candidates. Admission is easy just follow jossa and csab procedure and go for physical reporting in the college .
Faculty
The faculties to students ratio is good and around 1:30 . Faculty students relationship is good and approachable and we can approach them by their phone numbers and email ID and also our class representatives.I like tapas bajpai sir and Gunjan Soni sir because they feel students and interact with them and teach well. I Don't like physics tutorial faculty because she lacks subject knowledge.Exams are moderately difficult and 10% students fail. Course curriculum is updated and creates better employment opportunities as it is field oriented.
