The Great MNIT and its class

I have chosen metallurgy which i think is not generally chosen by many students and i think that is a key point which reduces competition and thats why the placement it provide is more easier to grab than the it jobs. The metallurgy is developing really fast and i think it is not a bad course. The frequency of examination is twice per semester or four times in a year.

From 7th semester student becomes eligible beacuse at that time many companies visit in our college to hire students. Many companies like amazon , jp morgan and chase , de shaw , black rock, vedanta , reliance , adani and many more like these companies visit our college and number of offer made is pretty good like around 90 total for 74 students . The highest package is 64 lpa and average is around 8 lpa . Percentage of student getting placed is dependent on the branch but approx 90% can get placed easily. After getting degree my plan is to get placed in a good company offering a good package. If by chance someone cannot get placedin campus then they can apply off campus and they can easily get offer due to the good name of our college.

The year wise fee is approx 1,64,000 which is 82,000 per semester. And the total fees is around 6,56,000 excluding hostel fees. Hostel fees is around 60,000 per semester or 1,20,000 per year. Registration fee is around 15,000 and caution fee is around 2,000 per semester. For SC and ST category students there is no tution fees they only have to pay hotsel fees if they opted for it. They are many types of scolorships offered here like reliance , adani scholarships etc..

The technical and cultural fest organised in my college is sphinx and blitzchlag . Sphinx generally occur in novemeber and blitz in feburary. There are around 1.5 lakhs book available in our library and one can get easily issued it or can read in library also. The classes are air conditioned having two smart board and one black board. All types of sports are available in mnit and various kinds of sports tournament also takes place and there are also various clubs for extracurricular activites. Clubs like debate club finance club have a great impact on students life.

I have applied for svnit , vnit ,mnit in all these colleges i am getting confirmed admission but i have chosen mnit because it is ranked highest among these colleges and it has bettaer infrastructure , placements and location. I was rejected from IITs beacuse i am not able to clear the cutoff of jee advanced examination. To get admission in my college is to get above 97 percentile in jee mains examination and then you have to sit in josaa and csab councelling to get desired branch in my college and various category certificate you can apply to get more higher branch.

Faculty is very good they are very educated if you approach them then they will solve your problem. The best faculty is abhishek tripathi sir and jyotirmaya kar sir they have a good knowledge about their respective subjects. Exams are very easy , if you attend classes regularly then you can easily score good marks . Senior also share previous year paper which are vey useful. There are two exams that occur one is mid semester of 30 marks and second is end semester which is of 50 marks and 20 marks is of internal assesment which will given by faculty.
