An experience of a lifetime!

With a college that is near perfect, it is difficult to find any flaw or write bad remarks about it. The college is lively, vibrant with great faculty and amazing seniors who are always there for you.

The course curriculum and exam structure are entirely driven towards its university's course structure. The college focuses on practical work along with the theory of subjects and relevant assignments. This makes students work more research and lab work than only emphasizing on theoretical aspects of subjects, thereby making them ready for industrial exposure and experience.

We have a very supportive and encouraging Placement cell in the college that works closely with each student's interests and abilities. We have a great track record for placements in our college. There also plenty of internship opportunities provided by the college. Our dedicated faculty also helps the students to prepare for internship/placement tests and interviews.

Along with the emphasis on quality education, our college engages itself in a variety of events starting from women's day celebration held every year on March 8th to sports day at the end of the year. There are various technical and non-technical events organized by the college and students are encouraged to participate in them. Workshops and lectures with multiple IIT professors on various topics are organized every now & then. We engage in a variety of events like CSI, Project competitions, etc every year in the college.

The fee structure has changed since the last 2 years but what I can tell you with pride is that the college even before the slight hike in the fees was always providing quality education and social exposure to students. The college always believed in giving fantastic education to students. In my case, the fee was 90,000 per year. So for four years of engineering, the fees are 3,60,000 only which is a very decent fee as compared to other colleges.

I did not opt for any education loan nor any scholarship. Thus I did not prevail any education loan or scholarship.

The college is built on the foundation of hard work and excellence. It’s got an amazing infrastructure and laboratory facilities. The college promotes diversity and gives opportunities to all. Apart from lovely faculty and institutional qualities, the college has no ragging policy and always bats for discipline. From promoting emerging talents to supervising students interests, Dronacharya College of Engineering has come a long way since its inception.

The Alumni network and senior students are extremely helpful and sincere. They guide you with respect to the study pattern and encourage to participate in may activities. They are always supportive when it comes to helping in placements and internships.

I got admitted to this college via my JEE Mains score and CBSE 12th board percentage. The admission process at Dronacharya College of Engineering-Gurgaon is organized, smooth and very affirmative. They start their admission process somewhere in mid-June and applications are closed by 1st week of August.

The college has good faculty who always support and encourage students with their innovations. All the departments are fabulous in their own ways but I would like to give a special mention to the IT department, (A department where I am from) whose current and previous faculties(in the department) have made it what it is today.
