Course Curriculum Overview
Shambhunath Institute of Engineering and Technology is an affiliated college of Abdul Kalam technical university Lucknow. So the course and curriculum are guided by the university. Course and curriculum are 70% based on the theoretical aspect and the other 30% is based on the practical aspect, and it is relevant and research driven and helpful for the students in various aspects.
Placement Experience
First I would like to share that our training and placement team is very good and supportive. I got an internship opportunity in Bajaj Allianz through my college and now placed in the Bajaj Allianz with a handsome salary package.
College Events
There are so many events celebrated throughout the year in our college like Eureka the annual fest of SIET. Esperanza the fresher party. Sayonara the farewell party. And other different events like sports fest, cultural fest celebrated in our college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure of the Shambhunath Institute of Engineering and Technology is low in comparison with other colleges but the quality of education is best. The annual fee of 65000 plus bus fee 13000 and a total of 150000 for both the years including other expenses.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, I didn't opt for any scholarships or any kind of educational loan but yes I got a scholarship from up government.
Campus Life
The atmosphere of the campus is very good and pleasant, both boys and girls are studying over there as it is a coeducational institute. Extracurriculars like guest lectures are provided, labs are competent. There is a sports day in a week. Competition like debates, extempore, etc are good and up to the mark.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, the alumni network of the college is pretty good, and very much helpful for the students as they got to know more about the college.
Admission
There are two ways to get admission in this college either u have to appear for the UPSEE exam or you have to give an entrance exam conduct by the college by following any one of the above-mentioned ways one can get the admission in this college. Although I got admission through UPSEE exam.
Faculty
The faculty of our college is very knowledgeable and supportive, they are always ready to help the students regarding their studies or for better careers. Faculty of Shambhunath Institute is the best in each and every aspect as they give emphasis on the curriculum provided by the university as well as on practical knowledge.
