- As a football player I personally like the football field of the college and the faculty and staff
- The faculty and their teaching methods are good.
- I am not that much involved in social activities in the college other than football.
Dislikes
- The system of opening and closing of the gate has to be improved.
- All the block or the departments are good but every class is not provided with ac rooms only some classes are provided
- When an event is held in the Kilian Hall fans should be provided during the event as the temperature is unstable.
Course Curriculum Overview
I was quite interested in the business field so that was the reason I decided to choose Bcom as my main course.The students should be provided with more realistic view of the business world and how to make a better career through this course and not only be prepared for the exams.The timing of the exams are quite fast according to my perception.
Fees and Financial Aid
We have to pay three installments in a year.The fees has been decreasing along with the semester/year.At first the fees was around 19-20k and now it is around 18-18.5k.My friend is doing BCA honours and their fees is way much more than ours like around 27-28k.
Campus Life
As we all know we always have freshers and farewells for tye students but other than that we have other events like exurge, conocenza, elite talk and inovision is the biggest event our college organises once a year.The library has access to many books.We even have inter college and inter departmental sports organised by the college.
Admission
I was thinking of applying for ST. Xaviers college and Salesian college but I chose Salesian college because my sister was also in the same college.I did not apply for any other colleges so i did not get rejected by any other colleges.
Faculty
The faculty of the college is very good and I personally am satisfied with them.They are very friendly with the students and their teaching are also good.They teach us in an understanding and in an easy way that we can understand properly.Everyone in the faculty are good and I respect everyone but I personally liked Ma'am Pragya's teaching way more because she had a very different way of teaching and I always felt excited for her classes and I never even got bored or felt laziness to stay in her class.There are first the CIA tests in the college like unit tests and we then have internals and after that we have the final semester examination.The exams are not too easy but not too hard either.
