- No body will teach you any thing like if u wanna join into any sports club u need to be already skilled nor then u have to look for other clubs
Course Curriculum Overview
All the courses are relevant as every course has its own benefit and teaching as we go on seeing that for real life application tere are a lot of clubs for mechanical stuff robotics and so on which helps to learn new things and implement the studied course ib all the clubs usually the tuming of yhe exam is for almost 3 hr (end sem and mid sem) and depends for quizzes
Internships Opportunities
There are a lot of internship programs for all the btech years there are group chat that forwards all these internship program and also the cr posts in his class group there are 2 major and minor projects offeredand the learning certificate will also be provided
Placement Experience
Oh placement is one of the reasons for me joining nitk if u r a not circuit branch student and still want to sit for circuital branches placement u r free to do so almost 90% placement level is seen in nitk Tere are so many mncs and also industrial placement are also pretty decent
Fees and Financial Aid
Hey guys, firstly I'm pursuing my btech in mining engineering from nit surathkal the fee structure like normally is around 60500 for the tuition fee and hostel and mess would be 35800 (approx) and the category students are not supposed to pay tuition fee and the people whose family income is less gets small amount of fee back and the scholarships offered here at nitk is pretty good there are Saperate scholarship scheme for females as well Overall i would say that nitk is pretty good with campus life and placements
Campus Life
Nitk us sooo freaking beautiful the main building, sports Complex and all sorts of flora and fauna is seens u get to see peacocks, there are snakes too and the weather is either too humid and hot or it only rains infrastructure is good every branch has its own department .there are 2 libraries and the e library is the best very colorful and vibrant clubs and social groups are good
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are very nice its spacious and its maintenance is also great, washrooms, the play area, the reading room, gym , everything is well maintained the hostel food is also great eatable (don't know about the boys one ????) hostel registration is so smooth and easy to do
Admission
I chose nitk because of its name, placements, campus life, fests, as what not nitk provides every think for students the placement is almost 90%and the admission is so smooth u just need to login to ur iris nitk which is been development by students of nitk due to covid and is been update till date with all the necessary updates needed for that. I rejected vit, mit, iit dharwad, and good college in bangalore because nitk is given 9 on its nirf ranking and also its in the same state where i live so makes sense
Faculty
The faculty is very skilled and have achieved a lot in their lives and have persued education from premier Institute in the world usually there are quiz assignment(25%) mid sem(25%) end sems(50%) and there will be surprise tests tooso u have to consistently pursue knowledge and if u get a back in any of the course make up exam will also be conducted
