An Enriching Experience

I am extremely proud to be a part of this University. I am learning new things every day both in and out of the class which is shaping me into a person I aspire to become. The university offers great support and help whenever needed and make sure the students are comfortable. The culture at our university is inviting and makes sure everyone has a place where they belong and are happy.

The Course Curriculum and exam structure at Ahmedabad University is one of the key reasons why the university shines out for me. The courses offer an education that stays with us even after completion and the timings are extremely flexible and student friendly. The courses focus more on conceptual clarity rather than leading the students to mug up the course to get marks. It makes us prepared and gives us relevant information and Training to face the outside world.

I have not yet reached the stage of placement although we have a Career Development Cell at our university which helps the students with internships etc.

Along with academics, we make sure to have fun while learning, following are some of the events taking place at our college: Anandmela: An event hosted by the Social Forum club in our college that brings in kids every year and raises money through various fun activities held in the campus, Leadership Conclave- An event hosted by the students of Management Club that called in some of the best leaders in India to share their personal stories of success, keeping in mind the theme, VUCA- Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity.

Fee for the first year was: Semester 1: 66500 rupees, Semester 2: 66500 rupees(Including all other expenses). As for the coming year, it will be 2 lac rupees a year for a 4-year degree of bachelor of business administration The rest of the information is available in detail on our website.

I have not opted for a scholarship or for an education load although our university offers numerous options of the same to help the students any requirements needed.

The campus life at Ahmedabad University is engaging and has the most splendid crowd in terms of having friendly and approachable people around. The gender ratio is decent and we have seen people across the country attending our university which is a great thing!

At Ahmedabad University we have a strong alumni network both faculties and students alike. Our seniors are approachable and friendly and make the journey easier and fun with every passing day.

The admission took place through an online form that required a Statement Of Purpose from the students. The Statement of Purpose entailed a written essay by the students, which were original and well thought out. Further, I was called for a Personal Interaction and on clearing the same, I received the admission email.

The faculty at our university is not only commendable in their experience and teaching styles but also very approachable for the students. The faculty plays a big role in education and I believe we have an amazing set of Professors teaching us. If we ever have a doubt or face a problem, the faculties always guide and help us and make sure we find a solution.
