Likes

Ambience was great with all the modern facilities like laptop with free wifi connection,
Good canteen with all types of healthy options.
The experience of professor was tremendous. We had 2 professors who had earlier worked in some big mncs

Dislikes

Locality of college was very from city where we didn't have adequate shops for our daily needs.
Strict code of conduct was not follwed in terms of dress code, use of local language.
As compared to other colleges there were less number of co curicullar activities.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum was well designed keeping in mind the current requirements of market. Even we were asked to do field study on particular topics to enhance over overall knowledge about what is happening in current world. Even we had chance to do our internship in some well known companies. We had weekly tests, surprise test, parctical tests, prelim exam in addition to our final exam.

Internships Opportunities

Under internship we were allowed to choose our specialisation subject and according to that roles were given. Like in finance specialisation i was given the task of bank account management and payroll management

Placement Experience

Students after 3rd semester are eligible to appear for placements. Companies like reliance retails, more, wipro, n itc were top companies that visited our campus. A Student from our batch with highest package of 9 lac pa was placed in wipro and the average package being some where between 3 to 6 lacs. Overall we had 15 placement among the batch of 36 students. After my masters degree i want purusue some specalised course like cfa , cma then opt for foreign country job.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for this master course is reasonable as compared to other colleges in nearby area. In the first year the fees was 3 lakhs including all tutuon fees, lab fees, event fees, registration fees. And in 2nd year fees was increased by 50000 making it to total of 650000. Apart from these fees there are educational tours, management tours, company visits which are charged extra. Yes, the college also allows some reservations for specified class.

Campus Life

We celebrated almost all the religious and national festivals like holi, diwali, janmasthmi, sankranti, onam, pongal, lohri, mahaveer jayanti, independence day, republic day. Apart from these we had like yellow day, red day, management day, whitecollar day, etc. This college has very good library and students get free acess to all the books in it. Many sport events were even held and we also visited many management fest being organised in other state colleges.

Admission

I did applied for kle college hubli branch and belgaum branch. I was selected in belgaum branch but due to some personal issue i cant go to belagum so thought of studying in hubli. So there i had this option of kle college n chetna school of business. I choose the other because of mainly 2 factors 1st being the total fees and 2nd the syllabus of this college and placement opportunities. This college accepts the exs like cat, mat and pgcet.

Faculty

Faculty to student ratio was pretty good like 1:10. Teachers paid personal attention to eac n every student. They were available for our query solving whenever required. All the faculties had friendly nature. So there was a good bond among students and teachers.

Nice MBA experience with an aesthetic campus and good placements.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are good for marketing specialization. Compared to other specializations, from semester 2 itself, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank visit the campus. The highest package this year was 40 LPA, and the average package is around 6.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is 70% for now. After getting the degree, selection in a good company is my plan.

Placements in Alliance University is average to good. From the end of third semester students are eligible for sitting in campus placements.The average package for an MBA student is 6 LPA .The highest package for our batch was 24 LPA

Placement Experience:

As iibs is providing good college placements with average package of 9.45 lakhs and highest package of 48 lakhs So don't need of focusing outside the college for placement I think iibs is provided better placement opportunities

Bridging the gap

Placement Experience:

The average package offered is moderate and there are limited opportunities for high paying roles compared to top tier colleges. Companies that visit the campus are mostly small to mid sized organizations. The placement cell is very supportive and conduct training sessions such as aptitude tests, mock interviews and soft skills development to prepare students for placements.

Good learning experience with Decent Internships opportunities

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

The title of my review were nice i have explianed my college pros and cons by completing two years of my graduation .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because to get good knowledge like finance and accounts marketing and sales in two years of my masters . The circulum was well prepared me in completing two years of my graduation by studing in my academic subject. There should be some changes need to be made by improving the course circulum and teaching methods like time table of exams class room time table College timings etc Yes the timimg of exams were not so easy it was very hard for me to go to college it was so far to go from home but the college has no buses facility and i have already try to reach so early.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

Practically 80% of my 2020 batch was given job offer by top recruiting organizations like Amazon, iGate, Accenture, HCL, Infosys, Wipro, DE Shaw & Co. Typically the average package they offered to people was around 3- 4 lakhs and the highest was way up to 10 lakhs. Our College possessed an active location cell that functioned hard to provide recruitment and other job opportunities to us.
