Likes

The staff is Really appreciable and the lectures, principal And campus is really well maintained and clean
The library is pretty decent with all notes and useful books
It is nearby and we have not to face any bus issues

Dislikes

Well the senior students are just useless they don't attend college regularly
The fees should be more lower as it is a government college
They don't provide any textbooks or copies

Literally I don't think I have any kind of issues or problem in campus they are legit and also the staff is good so the exams usually are not that tough I recommend them to start placement programs for students

For first year the fee is 4800 which is affordable and they also provide scholarship for students and the college is nearby so it's most affordable for students and fees varies from Castes basis The management is also good the lectures are Good and they teach very well

Campus Life

It's Good the college provide trips and many activities for students to ensure all students get treated equally and without class discrimination and the campus is pretty big it's like 2 acre or more so I love the college

Admission

There are many colleges in the Belgaum district but students have to travel for like 3-4 hours a day to meet the college times So this college Government Frist grade college kittur is nearest to me so I'm a local that's why I choose to Join here

We have 17 students in my class which is bsc computer science and we got 7 teachers for total subject so the teacher student ratio will be I think 10:5 And the teaching they provide is good and teachers also support students .

My College Review

Placement Experience:

From final year the students can apply for the placements. At least 60% should be there to be eligible for the placement. Many companies provides placements in this college like infosys, Accenture, Mahindra and many more. The average package as per the company is 200000 per annum and the highest package is 700000 per annum. My plans after getting the degree is to go to abroad for my post graduate.

Placement Experience:

Usually there are placements in our college. If any student does not get a placement the faculty guide us what we can do next like the companies in which we can apply and how we can go further. In my course after finishing the bachelors degree you can further study masters it is available in our college itself or yoj can aplly for companies but if you do your masters you have a better opportunity and high posts for you better career. The course is of 8 semester you become eligible for campus placements in 7th semester. The last year that is seventh and eighth semester is basically practical and lot of projects provided. There various companies are seniors have applied and offered for example the genetic company in Bangalore that is Med gen. The highest package offered is 50000 and the average starts from 25000 placements in college. There is 75 percentage of students getting placements from our college. My plans after getting the degree is to go for further studies and do the masters after that i would like to do job along with my phd, this is my plan after getting my bachelors degree.

Placement Experience:

We have mandatory internship period after 2 years of teaching, and they provide internship and placement support. Different Companies come and take test and hire the eligible candidates. Regarding placement package, since it's just been 1 year of SST there cannot be said anything about it. But Scaler the parent Company of SST has average package of 22lakhs and highest package of 1.04cr.

Life at IISc- Pros and Cons

Placement Experience:

Most of the students after completing four years, continue to stay here to get Masters degree after one more year and pursue PhD from world renowned institutions. Very few people (<7/100) per batch will sit for campus placements and most of them will be selected with a good annual package of 30000 at an average. Some students, mostly Physocs majors can give government exams like ICRB, GATE to join ISRO and BARC as scientists

Why you should join SST

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because it was very curriculum heavy meaning the cirriculum was very good . the girls to boys ratio here is 1 : 8 . but this year only 200 peopel were selected out of 200. they are industry tech experts. they are passable

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I want to go into it field. The faculty is good here nothing to improve about that and the student ratio is 5:3. Qualification is good and the teaching method like some lectures is good. Term exams will be after 6 months from starting of sem and it's not as difficult as pu or 10th exams we can easily pass them.
