Decent college but a little expensive

The curriculum is updated to the recent times which can be helpful for students to be employable both in the present and the future. Teaching can be improved as the faculty might focus on one student more than other. Exams are of moderate difficulty and most students can clear them.

Interested students can apply for internships from their second year. Internship is compulsory for third year students. Most of the Internships are unpaid and the paid Internships can pay between 4000 to 8000(INR)

MIT WPU offers on campus placements to its students. Students are eligible for placements from their final year. Reputed companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Wipro, and more hire students from MIT WPU every year. The highest package for BBA is 12 LPA and the average package is 6 LPA. Most students are able to secure placements and many of them get good packages.

The university organizes multiple fests throughout the year. 'Aarohan' is the biggest fest of not only MIT WPU but also of Pune. It is usually held in the month of September or October. The Library of MIT WPU offers hundreds of thousands of books of all the courses. The university also provides excellent sports facilities. You can play sports like Cricket, Football, Basketball, Swimming and more. There are several student run clubs at MIT and one can join clubs that offer him areas of his interest.

Though the hostel provides good facilities, many students face problems related to transportation. The hostel is very far from the campus which makes it difficult for students to travel from hostel to campus. The meal quality is decent but not great. Students can register for hostel once they receive an email regarding it. Some might also complain that the hostel is little expensive.

There were several reason to opt for MIT WPU instead of Vellore Institute of Technology as there were chances of language barrier and also, VIT didn't offer any specialization in BBA whereas MIT WPU offered multiple specializations.

The faculty can't be complained about. The faculty is very friendly and supportive. You can approach them whenever you want. However, they might not be very lenient when it comes to university rules like uniforms, attendance, etc. Exams are conducted quarterly and most of the students are able to clear them.

The university conducted an Online entrance test and an online personal interaction session for the admission process. The questions asked in the test and PI were related to class 12th syllabus and logical reasoning.
