Remarks
The College canteen facility is satisfactory. Overall college is good which enhances the education to the next level by various workshops, Hackathons, events. A perfect bundle of education.
Course Curriculum Overview
The College is Student-driven and less staff driven. One can easily choose his/her own field of interest. All Thanks to CBCS (Choice Based Credit System). Even if one is from Electronics Branch for Bachelor's background can opt for Civil Branch's subject or Master's subject. There are also many patents done for students itself which makes it Student-driven.
Placement Experience
The placements are quite good. Various large firms like Capgemini, TCS, infocepts, Marvell Semiconductors, Tech Mahindra, Mahindra & Mahindra, IBM, Amazon, etc shares the interests in placements with the College students.
College Events
The largest events of the College are Ganesh Utsav along with Antaragni and Technorion. The Ganesh Utsav is celebrated with great enthusiasm. The Antaragni is the events that can be said the largest college in Nagpur Region. It consists of individual departmental events along with inter and intra college Fashion show followed with Celebrity Night.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure for general category student is 1.14 lakhs and that for minorities are 60,000? and below. As I remember that for OBC there are 60,000 exclusive of scholarships. Various scholarships are also offered for minorities. Please confirm from the admission cell for the fee structure it will be better for your money.
Fees and Financial Aid
As I am open general category student I didn't take any scholarship. I neither take any education loan. But the process for that thing is quite complex. It will be better to ask for the updated details about the scholarships and loans to the GHRCE admission Cell.
Campus Life
The campus life is similar as shown in the movie 3 idiots. Some people are chapter while others are sincere. There are more boys than girls in the College. There are various labs that enhance the education standards like GHR lab, Incubation center, e-Yantra lab, Research, and Development lab, BETiC lab, etc. The total knowledge bundle. There are various extracurricular activities conducted every 2 months while the largest being Antaragni and Technorion. There is also IEEE student branch which is the largest branch under Nagpur Sub Section, Bombay Section.
Alumni/Alumna
There is a special Alumni network of GHRCE where anyone can connect with the Alumni for further guidance. Various IEEE events conduct programs regarding Alumni student's interaction. Senior always are helping and always attentive.
Admission
The admission process is done at the end of the month of May. The processes are very simple. One can admit on the basis of his 12th percentage or on the basis of JEE or CET exam. Various seminars are taken to know more about the admission process of the College
Faculty
The faculties of the College is well experienced but then also they used the traditional method of teaching. But now it is also being updated because of the special camera record system. Each classroom is fitted with a camera and Mike system. One can easily learn the subjects even if He/she was absent in that lecture. The overall presentation skills of the faculties are improving.
