Good College

The college system is good which makes is more studious for the students. The canteen facility needs to improvise as there is less variety. Overall Good college which runs for the benefits of the students.

The college is more student-driven than college staff driven. Various courses are offered including one from other fields. All thanks to Choice Based Credit System where one can choose his her field of interest though he/she is from another field. There is a total of 4 exams in one semester. Three are Class Assessment Examinations followed by End Semester examinations. Special workshops are also taken to improvise the skills of the students.

The placement is good as various big firms shares interests for the placement from college. Capgemini, TCS, Marvell Semiconductor, IBM, Amazon are among those. Various international assessments are taken like AMCAT, CoCubes, etc are taken for the placement purpose.

There are various events organized every 2 months at the departmental level. The biggest events are Ganesh Utsav followed by Antaragni and Technorion. There are various small events organized along with inter and intra college level Fashion show with Celebrity Night. The college also has an IEEE firm with Largest student branch under Nagpur Subsection. They conduct various events and activities for the betterment of society.

The fees for the General quota is approximately 1.15 lakhs Rupees. For various Minorities, there are a special concession and scholarship. For betterment, one can easily confirm it from Admission Cell of GHRCE. I remember that for OBC it is 60,000 Rupees and below. For SC ST it is lowest.

It is very easy to avail all these facilities. The college itself provides lots of help for this purpose.

The campus life is good. The college students are continuously busy in studies as well as extracurricular activities. No western culture is there which makes the environment studious and well for Brain Storming. There are fewer Girls than Boys. Various workshops are taken in order to improve robotics, entrepreneurship skills, communication skills of the students.

There is a vast alumni network special for GHRCE students. Students can directly contact the Alumni for future benefits. Various sessions are also taken to improvise the relation of the students with alumni.

I took admission by CAP Round process. For the admission process, various seminars are a conductor to get through the process. One can easily take admission on the basis of his her 12th marks or on the basis of JEE and CET results. Various engineering fields are offered.

The faculties here are well trained and experienced. They use various old examples to elaborate to the students. Various refreshing sessions are also taken to chill up the students. The special camera mike recording system is also established for the betterment of student at his her absence.
