Likes
- The placements are pretty good and overall placement cell is excellent, but most of the students come from rich families and they do not avail the opportunities
- Teachers are best, all have a minimum experience of atleast 15 years and they are strict as well, so you should behave properly.
- The best thing is, the college rules are not much strict, it is upon you that you can leave the college whenever you want.
Dislikes
- The campus is too small, this college doesn't have a big campus for fests, they book a hall or grounds for their events
- Some students come from different states, and behave in a very backward manner, that's a big turn off
- The bouncers are very strict, they always restrict us from entering terrace and sitting on stairs
Course Curriculum Overview
My course is EE and I want to work in cidco and metro companies, and this is a core branch, jobs are always there for this branch. This is the most practical course in my pov. They should increase the no. of seats for this course Exams are there after every 50 to 70 days
Internships Opportunities
There are many companies which provides internship in this college and one can get a internship out campus too, companies like pregrad and Google help us to find more no of companies and with a good salary too around 15k pm
Placement Experience
College promises 100% placements and placements are actually good, my older brother was graduated from this college only and he got a in campus placement with an offer letter of 16lpa in Accenture company, my plans after getting the degree is too do mtech or get a job in metro companies
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for 1 year is approx 108000 for OBC catagory, and for SC it is 175000 per year, this fees includes all expenses like exam fees and book cost. In this college one can avail seat with Hindu minorities.
Campus Life
This college is known for their events only, we have the most no of events in this college, there is a one big event named "antaragini" which is held every year in February. There is every club and group in this college, I said every!
Hostel Facilities
Rooms are pretty decent, I can rate then 3 out of 5, meal quality is good too, but that food is not sufficient fir a guy with more appetite, registration process is very simple, you have to pay one year fees and book your room, the hostel is just beside the college
Admission
I was a defence aspirant and I couldn't clear my NDA written so I had to take admission in this college, this college was my 2nd priority and this college is the 2nd best college in nagpur, one can take admission in this college on the basis of MHT-CET examination
Faculty
The ratio of students to teacher is approx 65:2 , there is one professor assigned for each class and an assistant professor too, exam difficultly level is moderate, if you study daily, it is easy to score 8.5+ CGPA
