ALL ABOUT MIT-WPU

1)the course curriculum of my course which is BBA-INTERNATIONAL BUISNESS is quite up to date with the current affairs and scenarios. they are well relevant to the outside world which creates and easy understanding between the faculty and the students 2)due to the curriculum being well relevant it prepares you for the real-world situations very well and apart from the curriculum there are extra curricular activites to help you be prepared 3)th exams are quite frequent like 3-4 times per sem and are set from easy to moderate level difficulty which helps you be up to date with the faculty

1) mit offers various internship opportunities for students of second and third year if their course if of 3 years and of third and 4th year if their courses are of 4 years they offer internship from various large companies like infosys and assign roles based on their courses 2)mit-wpu students have worked on various projects from big companies like google,microsoft,infosys etc which offer real world experience to the students

1) students become eligible for campus placements on their last year of the course 2)there are many huge companies which visited MIT-WPU and offering more than 50 spaces,companies like google,infosys,syska etc 2) the average package recieved by students of MIT-WPU is greatly varied on their course it can range from3lakhs upto 10-11 lakhs and the highest package of MIT-WPU was around 45lakhs 3)At MIT-WPU due to the large number of students not everyone gets placements but almost most of them that is 75-80% students gets placed based on their CGPA 4) my plans would be continuing with my studies and doing MBA

the fee structure in MIT-WPU excluding hostel and other extra fees for me is around 3 lakh inr which increases 10% every year, there are many scholarships with mit provides with you can avail based on your entrance exam score,your other examination score as well as you can even apply for scholarship if you have an recognized achivement in sports which i think is really beneficial for students as it reduces 80 to 90% of their fees, apart from the fees mit also provides financial loans for students which everyone can apply for there are many types of loans which u can apply with an low interest.the best thing is mit-wpu gives you opportunity to work and earn while you study so i personally think these initiative my mit is really helpful for students who are not financially stable

1)MIT-WPU has various events arranged to keep the students engaged and active,music events,sports events,comedy nights,talent shows and they also have an event club known as arohan mit. apart from these commen events MIT-WPU also has gaming events and gaming clubs which is a reallly unique initiative 2)MIT-WPU has 2 huge libraries with more than 4 floors which is accessible to every student of the univerity and have a huge range of books of every genre.they have more than 25000 books available 3)MIT-WPU classrooms are well equiped with every modern facilities ranging from ac classrooms to screens to share presentations 4)MIT-WPU offfers many sports opportunites for every single student and participates in every event and is well renowned between all colleges 5)there are many clubs which are introduced to you during your first year and you can choose any based on your interest

1) i had applied for symbiosis pune and MIT-WPU and had gave entrance for both the college and had gotten admission in both of them but i decided to choose mit-wpu as this college is more focused on the course and comparing to symbiosis MIT is more discplined in terms of everything which helps frame a students and along with this MIT has a bigger campus and more opportunities 2)as i applied for 2 best colleges of pune i didnt receive any rejection 3) the admission process is quite simple to understand, MIT-WPU apart from accepting other entrance exams like MHT-CET,JEE etc. has its own entrance test called MIT-CET which is an online examination which is set at an moderate level difficulty once you pass this entrance test you have an personal interview with the faculty, once you go pass both these rounds you get an provisional admission in MIT-WPU

1)the faculty to student ratio is 50/60 to 1. the faculty to student relationship is really appreciatable as they are really cooperative and understanding towards you and treat you as a friend instead of a job and are really approachable 2)i personally like the HOD of international buisness and my class teachers as he's really friendly and approachable and lets you enjoy every class with discipline 3) i personally dont really dislike any faculty as everyone is experienced and approachable 4)there are 3-4 exams including assignments which are scored every semester and they are kept easy to moderate during the inititial stage.MIT-WPU strictly follows a rule in which if you are not clear about your subjects of 1st year you cant be promoted to 3rd year.The course curriculum is well relevant making it easier for the students

the topics of the entrance examination which i opted for was english , maths , general knowledge and the interview questions were like you future goals,hobbies etc apart from mit-cet their own entrance , mit accepts other entrance scores also like jee , mht-cet etc after which youll be selected for the interview round and if you pass it youll get provisional admission and i prepared by buying various books , practicing maths sums and staying up to date of the current affairs
