Course Curriculum Overview
The course is one of its kind and unlike BBA's allows the students to keep their options open as it is a course which imparts wholesome knowledge of all fields like Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, and investment market. The curriculum is well spread in 3 years giving students enough time to develop an interest in the subjects and pursue other activities at the same time. Although the course in new but is well reputed in the market which allows the students to secure a job and a handsome salary easily after graduation.
Placement Experience
The placement cell of Ramanujan College works hard and is able to secure placements in some of the best firms for its students. Campus job and internship interviews are very common which allows the students to get employed without any hassle.
College Events
Cultural Fest, sports day and Management Fest are the major events in Ramanujan College which receives a lot of footfall. Every academic society in Ramanujan has its separate fest in different months of the year which is enjoyed by all the students of the Univerity and handsome rewards are given to the winners.
Fee Structure And Facilities
1st year- Rs21,000/- plus Rs500/- for every semester exams ie. a sum of Rs22,000 for the 1st year The fees are the same for 2nd and 3rd year. Therefore their the total fee is Rs63,000 and a further expense of Rs3,000 as examination fee. There is no other extra expense incurred.
Fees and Financial Aid
No need for education loan for BMS as the fee is already very economical as compared to BBA or BMS in other colleges
Campus Life
The gender ratio is 3:2 and students of different nationalities and also from various backgrounds study at Ramanujan College in unison. The extracurricular labs are fresh and state of the art. The sports ground is still under construction. A lot of competitions in the various field take place in the college every day giving the students ample opportunities to participate.
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors are friendly and are always happy to help. The first batch of BMS students graduated from college in 2019.
Admission
I applied for DUJAT 2018 in early May and had to select my preferred college and course The examination took place in late June. The result was declared in July 2018 on the Delhi University Official website after which cutoffs were declared every alternate day. I got Ram Lal Anand College in the first cutoff and got upgraded to Ramanujan College in the succeeding cutoff. The level of discipline and the dedication of professors made me stay in Ramanujan and am very satisfied with my decision
Faculty
The faculty is well versed and have deep knowledge about their respective subjects. They always try to impart practical and beyond the book knowledge by sharing real-life problems and showing how concepts are merged, bent and transformed to tackle such problems. The faculty always tries to take as many lectures as possible and are rarely absent. They enjoy solving doubts of the students and agree to take extra classes after college without any hesitation.
