Remarks

The college is quite good, the atmosphere is good for study. The college has an ac library and computer labs so everyone can study there. The faculties are good also college provides good extracurricular activities.

Course Curriculum Overview

The PGDM course is very good and I choose Human resource management in PGDM. It generally has 4 semesters in 2 years and general courses are covered before the end of the semester.

Placement Experience

The placements in our institute are very good and having wonderful job opportunities with a very good package to Students and most of the students will place in the college placements as our college is giving the best opportunities to explore our ideas.

College Events

In our college, lots of events celebrated by the different departments and college staff like annual day, ceremonies, teacher day, children day, sports and games, etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure fo SJIM is very expensive. The fee is around 390000 Rs. It is much compared to other colleges. Some people can't afford this type of fee structure.

Good scholarship facility in the sense giving the sufficient amount of money which is sufficient to a student to pay his/her college fee.

Alumni/Alumna

Some seniors are good helpful and some are busy in own study. Our college has an alumni association many alumni come to meet college students. Every year also alumni meet is organized and many alumni come and share his/her knowledge.

Faculty

Some faculties are good and some are excellent. The senior professors are excellent and the guest faculties are also experienced so they are also too good.

Nice MBA experience with an aesthetic campus and good placements.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are good for marketing specialization. Compared to other specializations, from semester 2 itself, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank visit the campus. The highest package this year was 40 LPA, and the average package is around 6.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is 70% for now. After getting the degree, selection in a good company is my plan.

Placement Experience:

As iibs is providing good college placements with average package of 9.45 lakhs and highest package of 48 lakhs So don't need of focusing outside the college for placement I think iibs is provided better placement opportunities

Bridging the gap

Placement Experience:

The average package offered is moderate and there are limited opportunities for high paying roles compared to top tier colleges. Companies that visit the campus are mostly small to mid sized organizations. The placement cell is very supportive and conduct training sessions such as aptitude tests, mock interviews and soft skills development to prepare students for placements.

Good learning experience with Decent Internships opportunities

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

The title of my review were nice i have explianed my college pros and cons by completing two years of my graduation .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because to get good knowledge like finance and accounts marketing and sales in two years of my masters . The circulum was well prepared me in completing two years of my graduation by studing in my academic subject. There should be some changes need to be made by improving the course circulum and teaching methods like time table of exams class room time table College timings etc Yes the timimg of exams were not so easy it was very hard for me to go to college it was so far to go from home but the college has no buses facility and i have already try to reach so early.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

Our College possessed an active location cell that functioned hard to provide recruitment and other job opportunities to us.
