Dislikes
- college infrastructure is recently being taken care of due to NAAC visit in our college
- Female students are very less in this branch i would mention but I think anyone who has high ambitions should focus more on studies and not on girls
- The present West Bengal State Government does not appreciate the revolutionary, protesting behaviour of the students
Course Curriculum Overview
Firsty because it opens both the doors of electronics and instrumentation domains . Yes there are labs and seminars are also programmed as well with industrialists for the benefit the students ExamTiming solely depends on the Executive council (E.C) declaring on JUMS website Exams are of medium to hard level .Some are easy
Internships Opportunities
On Campus Interships with stipend varying from 50k to 120k per month for 2 months internship program Companies include(PWC,Texas Instruments, Schrodinger , Google,Razorpay,Paytm,Wells fargo and many consultancy firms etc)
Placement Experience
After 6th sem students can apply for college placements Many good companies visit our college including DESHAW,Schrodinger , Wells Fargo ,Texas Intruments highest in our branch is - 35 LPA highest in college- 1 CR (I.T. dept) Average -10 LPA Above 90% gets placed To get placed before getting degree
Fees and Financial Aid
Year wise fees- Rs 2500 Year wise Tuition Fees-Rs 2200 Year wise caution fees- N.A. Year wise Lab ,Sports ,amenities fees-Rs 300 One time Registration fees (at the time of admission)-Rs 250 There is fees relief in case of very low family income and greater distance from home There is surely Swami Vivekananda Scholarship for students.
Campus Life

Admission
I gave neet exam but could not get a seat I got a good rank in WBJEE Admission is strictly based on WBJEE merit score Generally cutoffs are generally high for this college as it has NIRF ranking 12th in engineering and good placements and affordable fees.
Faculty
Every Branch has at most 13-15 proffs (including assistant) Every Branch has some good proffs(friendly,helpful) but few are not so good I dont want to reveal any details about faculty members as all earn there own position to be here Semester wise exams are held - 2 /yr total - 8 sems Yes it is a issue here to pass particular exam under some strict proffs Course curriculum is very beneficial
