Remarks
The college management is nice. The infrastructure is too isolated, which has to be the biggest drawback. The location of the college is inside a sort of village, so reachability may be an issue.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum and exam structure are pretty good. It is all driven by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, which is known for its excellence and consistency. The syllabus and the study material is available over the internet and also, one can find interactive video lectures for a good understanding.
Placement Experience
The placements can be a setback. They do provide you opportunities, but in-campus placements aren’t too hyped here. One has to struggle in order to get ahead.
College Events
There are college fests, Tech fests and many other events that involve participation from students with full swing. If one really wants to come up with flying colors, they can by showing interest in the concerned faculties. The fests are pretty fine, the infrastructure sometimes makes those events a little difficult, rest is good.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees are as followed by the GGSIPU curriculum. It can be easily found on the official website www.ipu.ac.in, it isn’t too much if an expensive deal in comparison to the other existing private colleges. It rounds to around Rs. 88,000 (I don’t remember the exact value).
Fees and Financial Aid
I neither availed any scholarship or any education loan. I am from general category and I gave the fees as it is, as mentioned in the brochures.
Campus Life
The crowd is extreme. Either it is too happening, or too drowsy. It all depends on what you are seeking. For a fact, in college, you do choose the people you want to make friends with. Rest, the extracurriculars are pretty fine. The labs are nicely maintained, I don’t know about robotics as I’m from another department.
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors are definitely a treat! My senior batch was diligent and very comfortable to connect with. They definitely did help at places where I wanted to be helped.
Admission
The admission procedure isn’t too difficult. You can easily get admission in this college by having an average rank in the IPU CET. You don’t have to be too hard working to really crack the college or to get a good stream of your choice here. Rest, getting CSE might just be one step away from being casual.
Faculty
The faculty of the college depends from branch to branch. IT has a good faculty as the teachers really do interact and understand with the students. They are also pretty helpful while it comes to aid in projects or research works. They do motivate the students to be better versioned and are always available.
