- The library should be made larger as it is smaller as compared to the students ratio
- The girls common room should be made more hygienic and girls washroom should be made in the college campus

Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is quite good in which a student belong to science background also has to select subjects from arts which provides the student broader career opportunities. It helps to prepare for real world as well.
Internships Opportunities
Our college provides internship opportunity from 4th sem as I am a student of erd sem so, I don't know much about this area. But our seniors tell us that students are provided with various kind of internship opportunities by our college which help them very much
Fees and Financial Aid
The year-wise fees we have to pay is Rs.1690. This includes academic seminar, affiliation and inspection fees, boys and girls common room and their toilet's repairing and cleaning fees, cctv and security fee, laboratory, library, campus beautification and gardening, cultural facility and workshop, sports training, examination fee, guest lecturers, union fees, youth festival fees, etc. Various scholarships like Ishan Uday , scholarship for NER students and more are available in our college in which amount ranges from Rs. 10000 to Rs. 80000
Campus Life
Various functions like freshmen social in September, farewell in May, youth festival and birth and death ceremonies of various famous people, independence day and republic day etc. are held in our college. Different types of novels and reference books are available in Library. Some classes are smart classroom and labs are provided with various equipments. The college keeps an eye on students extra curricular activities as well
Admission
I applied to handique girls college also and I got selected in there and here but as I had to select only one so I chose AVC over handique. Also I got to know that its science background is better compared to that college. The admission is online and also spot admission process is available here. No problem is faced by students . Also , fee waiver scheme is available which helps various students.
Faculty
I belong to chemistry dept where teacher and student ratio is good . There are 9 teachers and they all are very friendly. Their mentorship helps the students in study and real world as well. I like all the faculty members. There are 2 exams held in one semester and the marking system is like 50 for theory , 30 for practical, 8 for assignment, 6 attendance and 6 for project and seminars.
Other Applied Colleges

I was selected in both these colleges but I had to choose only one that is why I select Arya Vidyapeeth College
