I took the GATE exam in 2010 as it is a post graduate program I had scored 96 percentile and 656 all India rank.
Internships Opportunities
Internship was quite good where student help the professors in labs classrooms etc stipend of rs.8000 was provided at that time which could be revised now.
Placement Experience
Extensive placements for graduate programs through post graduate placements are not as good as a graduate it is quite decent compared to other colleges.
College Events
Many cultural technical traditional events take place throughout the year which keeps students active and builds social organizational and managerial skills Spandan, incident, etc are the fests.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It is a little expensive compared to other nits/iit the total 2 years fees would come up to 2 lakhs including tuition and hostel mess was approx rs 15000 per semester.
Fees and Financial Aid
loan facility is available at the sbi branch inside the campus it's quite easy to avail with sufficient documents.
Campus Life
We had a gender ratio even in postgraduate programs a lot of activities sports cultural and technical events throughout the year there is a private beach for college which is quite cool.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel rooms were quite decent but the food was quite horrible and the ladies who served food were quite rude and treated pg students like primary school kids and the management always turned a deaf ear towards our issue regarding this.
Exam Structure
Exams were not very hectic but quite chilled out it was not about the final exams but your performance in the assignments, labs, and tests which would contribute to your GPA.
Faculty
Faculty is friendly and well qualified quite sincere with the profession and quite knowledgeable course curriculum is well defined but sometimes the entire curriculum is not taught.
