College Review

Infrastructure and facilities are well maintained and can be given five stars. Teaching and curriculum still need to be updated to make every student future ready rather than a bookworm or a crammer. The coding environment is still less and needs to be improved.

Course Curriculum is apt according to the requirement except for the additional subjects which I have to study and which are of no use as far as career is considered like Environmental Science, Food and Bakery, Moral Values, etc.

Yes, various companies have started providing internships in my college. I haven't had any internship till now through my college but one of my friends got selected in Dhwani RS for 15K per month as an intern.

Placement opportunities are well increasing with time, the maximum package that can be expected is Rs. 12 lakhs annually. Different companies like Hartron, Wipro, Dhwani RS, etc are coming and opportunities are increasing.

1. Youth Fest - It is the most anticipated event of my college and is organized every year in which different colleges participate and one college wins the winning trophy. 2. Sports Meet- All sports-related activities are organized during this week. 3. Monthly Coding Test- Every month a coding test is organized where the winner gets some exciting prizes 4. MCD - Every month a test based on GK and aptitude is organized where the winner gets some exciting prizes.

The fee structure is Feasible and college also provides different merit scholarships and different compensation based on the category as well. So it is very much feasible for a student to study as the fee structure is economically viable.

I know about merit scholarships which can be availed based on the score in the semester examination and also college provides compensation in fee based on category as well. So far I haven't availed any scholarships but I know many are available.

Labs are well equipped with all modern machinery and tools. Sports club and gym facilities also provide all modern types of equipment. Apart from this, dance club and NSS constantly organize different activities for interested students.

Infrastructure can be rated as 5 stars out of 5, the library is well equipped with a lot of books, reading halls with air conditioning systems are active for 24×7, the auditorium is just another star to the collar and all labs are well equipped with modern machinery and systems.

Senior students are a lot helpful in finishing the projects, during exams, in completing the assignment. So a good network always helps in learning more during college time. I know very few seniors who all associated with college clubs like Coding club etc and they are indeed helpful.

Exams for odd semester happen in December-January month and for even semester happen in between May-June month. Exams are based on the semester syllabus which is easily available from the very first day as the semester starts.

I appeared in an Entrance examination called JEE Mains and after cracking that I had to fill up the state counseling form of Haryana state while filling upstream and college choices and a few days later result was announced off counseling in which I was allotted this college and this stream.

Faculty of my branch is among average if I had to rate them, I don't find the classes to be much interesting or filled with knowledge whenever I attend but still, they are helpful to incase I need any help related to projects but as far as teaching is considered it can't be given 5 stars.
