Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is good. The syllabus gets updated every year and provides all the knowledge one should have. The there a three exams conducted in a semester, 2 internal assessments and a final exam, apart from laboratory exams.
Internships Opportunities
There is a brief period where the college provides internships for the students. It's generally for the second year and higher grade students. I have not heard or experienced much of it myself as I'm in the second year now.
Placement Experience
The placements honestly are not very great, they are the same as any third tier college. The average package here is around 4 lpa, median package is around 3 lpa and the highest being 35 lpa last year.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee for Computer Science and related courses through CET is around inr 130,000 per year. This year's fee through CET is inr 127,574, out of which around inr 31,000 is considered miscellaneous fee and the rest is normal CET fee.
Campus Life
Campus Life is alright. The infrastructure is great, with a great sports area. there are a lot of clubs as well. Students can join all sorts of clubs and can even make their own clubs if they would like to.
Hostel Facilities
I took the hostel thinking it was a good option, but it is not. The fee is literally more than my college fee. The fee for boys is 198,000 for a 4 sharing room. The hostel food is also not very good.
Admission
What attracted me to this college was the infrastructure. It's we'll build and has a massive campus. I think this is the main reason why most students join this college. Apart from the infrastructure, there's nothing much unique about this college.
Faculty
Faculty ratio is not very good, did to the over intake of students. A teacher at a time has to manage over 70 students. The faculty is not very good either. They do not teach very clearly. I found only a handful of teachers to be good.
Interview Experience
The admission process is pretty simple. Choose the route and get admission. You can admitted through exams like comedk and CET. You can also give DSAT, the official college exam and you can also take direct admission.
