Likes
- The College has a great quality of Education which also includes various extra curricular and co-curricular activities.
- Various sports competitions are also conducted and courts are also available inside the campus for badminton, cricket, baskeball, soccer, volleyball etc.,)
- Canteen is also available in the campus which has many stores. There's also another canteen near the hospital.
Dislikes
- All I can say is there are extreme climate conditions such as the higher temperatures during summer and the very cool weather in winter and excess rains during monsoon. The cleaning staff is always available for maintaining the campus inside.
Course Curriculum Overview
This course has around 19 subjects in the curriculum and that's very important to learn these subject to graduate as a professional doctor. The teaching methods that they choose are so apt to make the concepts clear to the students. 3 internals are conducted for every batch before their University exams(finals). They also conduct weekly exams (FAs) before we write internals. The CBME curriculum helps in emphasising the clinical aspects more which prepares us for the real world applications and further academic pursuits.
Fees and Financial Aid
Well, it's been a year at MRMCW for me and the fee structure is gonna be different from this year (2024). Because, it's become a part of Malla Reddy Vishwa vidyapeetham(MRV) which is University now. Only management quota seats are available from now on (general category seats). Hostel and transport services are also available here. The fee varies based on the type of rooms: Non-AC+common toilets: 90000 INR Non-AC sharing+attached toilets: 1,30,000 INR AC sharing: 1,85,000 INR AC single: 3,00,000 INR
Campus Life
The campus life at MRHC(mallareddy health city) is great. Annual and other technical festivals are held every year around th month oct/nov. A large central library is also available in the campus near the amphitheatre which has a large collection of books. Another library is present near the Cancer hospital. Various Clubs are still being developed by our college and they’re going to become active from this year. Intra and Inter college competitions are also conducted during fests for various culturals and sports.
Admission
After comparing the quality of education at my college with other colleges, I felt this college is the best option for it. Other parameters like the patient inflow, infrastructure and other activities can also be rated above 9.
Faculty
As I'm in the beginning of my 2nd year, I wanna provide the insights of my 1st year professors here. Medicine is considered one of the toughest courses and my professors had always put their 100% efforts in teaching such vast topics in the easiest way. There are many faculty members available for each subject so, there's no problem from their side.
