Likes
- The food stalls around the campus are good.
- The locality of the college is really that it surrounded by hills.
- Some of the faculties are good and they genuinely teach.
Dislikes
- The students here are too egoistic and they can't even take a joke.
- The visiting don't give a shit about students, they just complete their time and go as they get paid according to the lectures they teach.
- The classes are third class. There's no air conditioning, the fans are not properly working and much more faults.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course that I am pursuing is BBA- Banking, Finance and Insurance. I chose this course to learn more about finance and how exactly does the financial sector operate. If you are really interested in this course then you will get to know that the knowledge you have had was not even ten percent of how much knowledge there is to get.
Placement Experience
The placement is not that much good but comparatively the colleges below MIT have much less placement. Even if you excel at everything, the best you can get from BBA is 6-7 lpa. Students here at MIT attends the college for just degree so very less students opt for placements but almost 70-80 percent of them get placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for BBA-BFI is 285000 per annum making it a toyal of 855000 for three years and 500000 per annum making it 1500000 for three years for manageable quota students. The scholarships are only provided to Maharashtra students who are eligible for MH-CET.
Campus Life
My personal experience is not that much of an experience as I'm not good with people I don't hang out with many people. My routine for maximum days was going to college, attend all the lectures and come home straight without doing or discussing anything.
Admission
I applied for many colleges like LPU, NMIMS, MIT, UPES, Symbiosis and Nirma. I got admission in all of the colleges except NMIMS. I wanted to go for either LPU or Nirma but some people who used to stay in Pune told me that MIT is a really good and prestigious college you should opt for that. So I investigated about it and trust me the only thing MIT is good at is advertising. I was fooled by some people and their advertising and made the mistake of selecting this college. As for the admission process, anyone can get admission in the college as long as there are seats remaining.
Faculty
Some of the faculty members are really good. They know about their subject and know what they are teaching. They care about the students but other than few don't care about anything except their salaries. Their are in total 2 internal assessments and 2 exams in a single semester.
