UEM offers a good job with the help of good education.

As it is a university, it tries to make its name; it pressurizes it's students a lot. Well, they are particularly aiming to make the student's job ready, and they are certainly up to it. If you are accustomed to immense pressure, you are welcome, because they give you a lot of assignments and projects. The most likable part is the name that the college holds for its discipline.

Entrance Exam

The course is very good. The faculty members selected good subjects for each semester. Based on current job requirements they are all well organized. There are many streams, all of them are treated well.

Yes, our college provides internships. From 2nd year they provide internships. Based on which stream you are, they select those internships. Between two semesters there are internship holidays so that in those days your college class will not miss.

The placements are yet to be conducted. So I have no idea about how our scenario will be. Recently, BBA third-year students got placed. Recruiters such as Indigo Airlines and Cognizant visited the campus for recruitments. Various colleges participated, but UEMK made a significant achievement in its first placement only. We are currently 240 days away approximately from facing the first placements in B.tech.

University of Engineering & Management, Kolkata organize a technical fest and a cultural fest every year. Apart from this, there a lot of activities that happen on our campus, and there are robotics club, entrepreneurship cell, singing, and social activities club, Rotaract club, R&D cell, etc. Also the teacher's day, Saraswati puja etc.

There are many courses in this college. Based on your course your fee will be. Like, in B- tech you have to pay sixty thousand per semester. There is 4 year. You have to pay two times a year. Besides you have to pay an examination fee during the semester exam.

There are many good scholarships in this college. To continue availing 100% scholarship, a student must secure a position in the top 5% of the merit list of the program. For the continuation of 50% and 25% scholarship, a student will have to secure a position in the top 10% of the merit list of the subsequent semester.

There are many extra curriculum activities like tree planting, college campus cleaning, etc. There are many events you can take part also. You can submit your paper. Labs are equipped with good quality instruments. Every year annual sports happen & also a marathon.

There are two separate hostels for boys and girls. They are located near the collage campus. Both hostels have good lighting, WiFi networks, well-designed bathroom, and bedrooms. Also, the food is well cooked.

The seniors are very helpful. They are like the second parents here. They treated you well. They help a lot. If you want you can work on a project with them. You can take tuition from them. They discuss their problems with us so that we can learn.

Exam structure in UEM is very good. there are two semesters exam in a year. In between a semester, there is a two midterm exam. Before there were two writing exams every 50 marks. Now one witting and one online exam.

First, you to pass the 10+2 exam. Then you have to sit for all India examination. If you have a good rank in that then you can apply for the university. There will be an examination for admission to this college. If you pass this exam then you can join.

Teachers are qualified and very much helpful. Teaching quality is good for most of the teachers. The student to faculty ratio is 50:1. in the third year we will be visited industries to get the hand to hand experience. The course curriculum is very useful. We have done so many projects.
