The best college you would want to join

My course Mechanical Engineering is too good as we get to have hands on experience on machines and other stuff and the curriculum is also up to date and updated every year with small changes so that the students are built with the current industry requirements which make them easy once they are placed or answer the questions asked in the interview

Sorry I don't know about internships much as I am still in my 3rd sem. But I surely know that the internships cost us 2 or 3 credits. So one should do internships compulsory in their college life atleast once after their summer term gets over

Placements are very good in PES University. If a student wants to get a job in a different branch rather than his own l, then the student can do a minor course in the subject which he's interested in and can apply for job in that subject itself. The placements in PES in more than 75% which makes it stand on top of other colleges. Some colleges don't even have placements and also PES is considered to be one of the top 5 best colleges for engineering which gives placement part of it a plus point

Fee structure for a year varies across students who come from Passat,cet and jee. There is no seat alloted for comedK in the uni. For CET students few:1.28L Fir jee and peasat stdnts:4.6L(for CS and Aiml) ,4L(for ece), 3.6L(for EEE and ME). Scholarships 1. MRD Scholarship: Merit certificate and 50% of the fees will be refunded. Given to top 5% of the students based on their GPA 2.CNR Rao scholarship: Merit certificate and 40% of the fees will be refunded. Given only to the next 20% of the students based on their GPA 3. Distinction award: Merit certificate for the students who have scored above 7.75 GPA

Campus is life is the best thing in PES as u get to interact with people and can build a network and socialize. There r more than 50 clubs across PESU of various fields of interest. People can join clubs of their choice and meet similar minded PPL like them. We also have a huge cricket ground,3 basketball grounds,badminton courts, and many other sports related things. The fest that take place in PES is Atmatrisha which is huge as we call many famous people We have more than 2 libraries in the campus. The library which we have in golden jubilee is one of the best as it has the best infrastructure and all the books you need to study for exams, interviews,etc.

I chose PES over other colleges is because PES is considered one of the best colleges around Bangalore and also it has diverse clubs and other fun events and stuff which makes it good also the point that it is an autonomous college and does not follow VTU curriculum makes it different from other colleges in Bangalore specifically

Faculty members are too good and help the students when they need some help. There are mentors assigned to a bunch of students and they help the students in all ways possible. There are meeting with the mentors assigned called the FAM(Faculty advisor meeting) where teachers/mentors asks the student about his academic and non academic progress
