I like the online portal of amity University online which is very good. There is enough source to study like audio lectures, video lectures, live classes etc
We just have to complete the given assignments by taking live lectures
It's very time saving thing. Amity University online is a great University. We can visit amity university also that is a major great thing.

Dislikes

Classes does not happen regularly which is a bad thing i guess
Screen time is very much as it is online.
Nothing at all it is a great University.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is also good. I mean it's like from easy to then difficult as like other Colleges. There are the things which are connected to real world so that student can understand it in easy way. The exam timing I don't have idea as I'm a first year student. I guess improvement can be done as if they publish study material in more detail otherwise it's amazing.

Internships Opportunities

College provide intership in 3rd year of the program. Mostly students of my college were get the opportunity of internship. And I do not know more about this. As I am a first year student. Maybe later I'll got to know more aboythis.

Placement Experience

My college offer placements. It has online portal known as Amigo. On that site students got to know about their placements information also i guess college send mail also to come in college for placements I am not sure about it as I am a first year student. But yes placement section is there in amigo in which you have to register yourself by providing some details.

Fees and Financial Aid

Year wise fees is 50,000. Registration fees is 1100. It doesn't contain any other charges. College is online and fees is same for every student in BCA. And about scholarship or anything other thing I personally don't know about it.

Campus Life

I guess it's amazing till yet. Faculty is very good and also the student support team is bery active, very helpful. I mean if you put any query they will reply to you within the time limit. Also, college organise many things as like currently college has organised sangathan 2024 sports meet and also online orientation. The good thing is the convocation ceremony is offline. Also there are many groups or clubs also like tech innovation, sports etc you can join through student portal. I suggest students to take admission in this to save their time.

Admission

I choose this college because first of all its time saving as I have to attend lectures online. Second thing is I can do whatever I want in free time as I have so much time. Aane jaane mei no time waste. I can improve my skills. Admission process is very easy. You just have to go on Amity University online website and call on the website number so they will tell all the process also you can just connect with the counsellors also.

Faculty

Faculty members are so good. Their teaching skills are amazing. I mean just in 1 lecture you'll get what professor is teaching. Their relation with students is very good. Exams are online in the supervision of protector. 30 marks for internal assignment which we have done in amity university online portal called amigo and 70 is for exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the BCA program because of my interest in software development and web technologies. The curriculum’s focus on core subjects like Java, C++, and Database Management Systems (DBMS) was a major deciding factor, as these are the building blocks for a career in IT. ?The syllabus could be updated more frequently to include emerging technologies like Cloud Computing or AI/ML as core subjects rather than electives. Moving away from traditional rote learning toward more project-based learning would be beneficial. More frequent industry guest lectures would also bridge the gap between academia and corporate life The exam will be I would rate the difficulty as moderate. If you stay consistent with your lab work and internal assignments, the end-semester exams are quite manageable. The technical papers (like Mathematics or Architecture) tend to be the most challenging.

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.

From the 5th sem we eligible for the campus placement, There are various highly-reputed companies that come for the placement such as Microsoft, Paytm, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, hcl, etc. Their average package is 2.2 lakh per annum And the highest package is 10 lakh per annum, The average of students for the placement is 80-90%. My plan is to get a good placement from there and to do a job for one or two years after that I will prefer higher education.

The other college that I saw was CU. The faculty there wasn't good as Amity University. There were many flaws like unattentive staff, late replies from the faculty while taking admission.
