I was very much attracted by my specialisation that is AI and also there js very toough conpetition among students .this feeling of competi Is best to improve tourself . Also there is IKIGAI company whoch specially come from newyork to give us lessons

From 6 th semester stduents are eligible for placement and placement ratio is about 70-80 percent for btech CSE AI students. There are many companies that visited here like infosys, microsoft, aditya birla

Fees and Financial Aid

Currently i am giving 60000 as per semester fees because i had cracked scholarship of this iniversity 2 times in first as well as second semester for 50 percent scholarship the criteria is to get cgpa sbove than 9. There is no Sc/ST criteria. Normal fees is 1,18,000 For 7 cgpa fees is 100000 For 8 it is 850000 For 9 it is 60000

Campus Life

Overall campus experience is 10 on 10 . There are about 1600 clubs to join which have 150 related to studies, havkathons etc . 600-700 regarding other activites rest are for sports. This is quite enjoyable

Admission

This is the best university according to me because of the environment cozineess best study best environem Fresh aur and eveything where as other colloges doesnt have this type of faculity also the environment is not cleam

Facult of this university is very helpful and expert in their respective subjects and also the exams are sometimes hih level bit normal are morderate and in online mode like JEE THEY KEEP YOUR PHONES AND ALL GADGETS WITH THEM

Placement Experience:

At NIT Hamirpur, students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester onwards, and the placement scenario has been quite encouraging in recent years. A wide range of companies such as Infosys, Wipro, L\&T, Capgemini, Tata Projects, and several core as well as IT firms visit the campus every year. The highest placement touched an impressive 2.05 crore offered to a mechanical engineering student, while the overall average package stands at around 10.5 LPA, which is a strong figure compared to many other NITs. The placement percentage remains high, with a majority of students securing offers, especially in branches like CSE, IT, and ECE, though core branches like civil and mechanical also receive good opportunities. The profiles offered include roles in software development, consulting, design, project engineering, and research. After completing my degree, I plan to take advantage of these placement opportunities to gain solid industry experience and later decide whether to pursue higher studies or competitive exams for broader career growth.

Remarks:

There are mostly good remarks for college like the environment in kangra Himachal Pradesh is best in the area. There are dhauladar hill ranges infront for college and fress air of hilly areas are good for students.

I think in the matter of the view it, it is far better than the universities, they have really good view and the society is quite clean. The nature of the outside of the university is very nice. Very greenery around the university, but there is a issue in the green tree that there are so many wild animals around mountains.
