Likes

The first thing most of the students like is the campus of the college which is really massive and overall the greenary of the whole college is awesome.
The quality of infrastructure is soo good every thing is as good as prefect there's AC in each classroom and lift for the students
Since it's my first year I don't have much idea about placements but as much I had heard of it good

Dislikes

There's not much to dislike about if there I'll let you know

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum of the course is really very helpful and effective for the new world as we learn everything here is very practical and useful the difficulty ans frequency of exam is perfect as it is designed for students overall development by the best and as a student I can't suggest any changes

Class Size: 49Course Fees: INR 175000 per year

Placement Experience

After 6th semester teachers tells the students for preparation of placement and also guide us for the same as my seniors told me the companies visit our college are , teach Mahindra, SiemensInfosys. ... HCL Technologies. ... Wipro Limited. ... Sonata Software. ... Etc more than 100 companies visit the highest average package is of 8 lpa the percentage of students getting placed are about 60 present

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fees of the course is between 8 to 11 lakhs the yearly fees is 2 lakhs however you can pay it in three installments by giving scholarship exam of college the can be minimised to 70k yearly depending upon the score of the scholarship exam you gave

Campus Life

There are various annual festival first of all celebrations of all ???????? festivals in college campus and tech related events were group of students make tech innovation and present it The college offers range of sports form chess hockey, football, cricket, basketball, vollyball, table tenis etc

Admission

I had applied for various colleges such as kelkar,pillia , Indra Gandhi, thakur college and at last kj somaiya in all these colleges kj somaiya was suitable for me interms of traveling and timings and even I got in-house addmission as they provide benefits to in house students the college accepted cet exam

The the faculty to student ratio is like 1 faculty for each 15 students you can ask things to them soo easily and comfortably without any hesitation there is 2 semester and unit tests for 1st year it's really hard for few students to Clear the each as there are 9 subjects

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

College review for better selection for better opportunities in future

Placement Experience:

From 4th Year students are eligible for campus placements. The companies that visites my college campus are accenture, capgemini, tcs and many more . The highest package students get places are 12-14 Lakhs per annum and average pakage is around 4-5 lakhs per annum . The percentage of students get places is around 60-80% and majority of them are from CE and IT . Many of them try to get placed from off campus due to their desired companies they want to join or they want more packages

SAKEC- best college ever

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

It is a great college for learning

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm choosing this course because I'm interested in programming languages. Faculty members here are at the best level. They are very supportive and knowledgeable. They made lectures most interactive. All faculty members are well-qualified and experienced. The course is very vast but the teaching faculty cover it through their extra lectures and practicals.

Soumya Vidyavidhyar is Superfluous!!

Unlike Mumbai University our college has admission entrance test and it is mandatory too. So, admissions are not easy here by any means. Peach of a thing is required to get admission here. Even for B.Com where there are just 150 seats on merit, nearly 30k students apply....Read More
